Great location. Lovely room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Nice and cleam. Fantastic breakfast. A huge amount of variety, both hot and cold. Lovely bar. Very impressed.

Great city centre location and very close to the Commerce Tram Stop. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room and Ensuite were clean and very presentable.

Excellent hotel! The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The staff were helpful, personable, and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience.

The prestige room was ideal for a family, kids had their own space in the living room and were really happy it had a PS4. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus too. We were all really impressed with the room.

The water didn’t drain very well in the shower, so we had to take breaks during the showers. The water pressure was also quite low. The window in the room had dark stains around it - we hope it wasn’t mold. Overall the rooms seemed quite old. The reception area was really cool, though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A truely superb location. All amenities and transport connections in close proximity. Abundance of varied restaurants.
Facilities at hotel were great. A dedicated room with a Polti steam iron for those sharp looking clothes. Staff were all extremely helpful. Particular praise for Harry in the breakfast room for all his help. Breakfast choice extensive. Coffee was excellent.
Would suggest labelling of those products suitable for vegetarians.

Great location, but for one of Nates’ fanciest hotel, it has a little to show for.
The rooms are small and outdated. Furnishing feels cheap. Bathroom showed a little mold formation, which isn’t never great for a 4* and above. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Simple, corporate, modern. Good location, if a bit tricky by car (due to pedestrianised zone). Good breakfast. As usual, only BBC News in English. Bit pricey overall.

The hotel and room were fine and well located. Due to road construction it was impossible to drive to the hotel parking, so we ended up parking far away.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had booked the hotel because it had parking, however the directions to the parking (up a one-way street) were not good. I parked in a parking area away from the hotel and walked and asked directions. The staff gave very complicated directions instead of just saying "parking is next door and ignore the one way sign"

Nice stay with my family in this hotel. The staff welcomed us very nicely and the room was nice with bathrobes and some nice toiletries products. Breakfast is very good

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to purchase train ticket from Nantes to Paris which would have been very difficult to do on our own. Excellent service in comparison to another Mercure Hotel in Paris near Eiffel Tower where we stayed on our way back to US. The Paris Mercure is not a quality hotel, poor service, and the bathroom had no accessories, no soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, no body lotion. After repeated inquiry the never provided those during our one night stay. The blamed the house keeping. However, Mercure Nantes Center Grand Hotel has great staff and excellent service.

Superb suite for family of 4 with two young teenagers - always risky when says sofa bed but this sofa bed was sturdy big and comfortable / great stop over hotel and breakfast was superb - book it in advance to ensure cheaper

Location and room were excellent. Very convenient for all sights, staff very pleasant and very helpful. Gave prompt and clear directions to the hotel car park. We enjoyed our stay.
Only downside was state of easy chairs in reception which were extremely grubby and give a very poor impression. They look totally out of place
