We stayed at this hotel. Was expecting a good experience. But ended up with bites of bedbugs. Was the first time we were in this state excepting a good experience but the staff were very strict with not much of help. But on top of all bedbugs not acceptable at all. They should do deep clean and fix it. Everyone watch out.

They are renovating so don’t take my reviews to heart, the elevator didn’t work but only 3 story’s no big deal, great staff. Kinda ugly but I slept good so does that really matter?

Took a very long time to check me in because the computers were frozen, when I finally got to the room as soon as I turned on the lights I saw cockroaches running away, the TV was not working, and the ac was VERY loud.

It's a 2 star place thru and thru, but good enough for a quick in and out at O'Hare. Hallways and external areas looked run down and dirty, but room was pretty spotless. Kudos to the staff for trying where it matters most.

Very Nice property

No respectful people on the phone. I didn’t check in but they did refund my money. I just called 15min after booking the room to cancel the reservation. They said no.

The elevator did not work

This is a very basic hotel with a bed, a tv and bathroon that allowed me to stay close to the airport when my flight got cancelled.

The room was comfortable but the bathrooms were really small.

The elevator was broken the entire 4 days the ice machine was broken for 2 of those.. its an awful location surrounded by storage containers and very inconvenient access from the road. No microwave or coffee maker or frig in the room. Carpets in buliding are gross.

Good for a short stay near O'Hara airport

What a terrible experience… we had a long drive/night and when we arrived we were greeted by a rude lady at the front desk.. she was asking questions with an attitude I proceeded to answer letting her know it was just us the people that where there present no extra people. And she proceeded to ask all of us for an ID and I was thrown off by that because I have the understanding that the person booking a room is the one that shows the ID and we had a family member that had just lost there wallet and just because he couldn’t provide an ID we were denied getting a room after already having a reservation. So I told her he would be leaving to a friends house and she said no since we had answered to no not everyone has an ID she can’t do anything it just there “policy”.. I was already frustrated at that point because to me that whole situation was just racism. So I proceeded to talk to an agent at Expedia to see if they where able to help me with at least a refund and to confirm if what the lady told me was correct and she told me no they shouldn’t of had asked for everybody ID but when she tried talking to the property management they where also giving her a time and told her there is no way for a refund it was super late we had to stay at a random parking lot to rest a little at least and sadly with a child in the car… never in my life will i book again at any motel especially this one.first and last time.

Close to stores

The hotel was great for bare bones. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked and the staff was friendly. There is no coffee maker in the room so you must got to the lobby. There was complimentary has soap but no shampoo or conditioner, there is no microwave or fridge in the room. There is no breakfast.

Although the room (125) was recently renovated and appeared clean, there was a really bad mildew smell. By the second day I could feel it affecting my lungs and nostrils and it was bad enough that I left a day early and went to stay at a nicer hotel. So much for frugality! If it hadn't been for the terrible air quality, it would have been an OK place.

This was an okay place to stay the night as we were traveling through. The elevator was out of service, but walking up a flight wasn't a problem for us.

They should consider having a shuttle to pick up guests from O'hare international Airport

The elevator was iffy and the halls were always cluttered with carts. The whole area had a slightly neglected feel. The staff was wonderful and courteous all the time.

The room was clean functional and staff were very friendly. It is very close to the airport and a good place to stay before flying out. A Subway sandwich shop is close by and delivery options are available from other restaurants. Not fancy but practical

The place is very conveniently located, and has a very affordable price. The room was very clean and did not experience significant disturbances. It is a very simple setting, a little ran down, but I would recommend it for a short stay.
