I did not stay I checked out right away

My stay was turned out not only in favor , it was a life savor. From check in i was greeted , accomedated , and treated so kind. Management was exceptional and went above and beyond. Im a travel hair stylist and hiccups come with the territory and my day could have ended so bad but Ms. Stackhouse was angel in disgusted. Thank you and I will stay again.

King bed with sofa room is spacious and clean. All my desired amenities of fridge, microwave and in-room coffee. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I happily recommend for a comfortable budget stay.

We stayed for two nights, the room is good, the walls and ceiling thin, we can hear the steps on top of us and pipe running from the room next to us. The breakfast is ok. Staffs are very friendly.

Dont bother with the pool its literally on the side if the road !! And no privacy from those traveling on the road. Some plexiglass between ...

I entered a non smoking room with my children and the room smelled heavily of smoke. I have asthma and it caused it to act up I’m disappointed but they gave me another room when I told them without hesitation or any questions.

My husband, 2 children, and myself came for a soccer tournament. We booked a 2 queen room but were bumped to a king and pull-out sofa. We I went to complain, I was told they had overbooked the hotel and our room still slept 4 people so they gave us what we paid for. When getting ready for bed and pulling out the sofa bed, there were no supplies for the bed accept the fitted sheet that remained from the previous guest which was stained with makeup and hair. I will never stay at this hotel again.

There was ants and a weird smell in our room and when we went to tell them and request a room change they gave us spider spray and said there were no other rooms while it said occupancy online

The property is clean, and the staff is friendly the on-site manager Doreese is such a pleasure to speak with and accommodates all of her guests as if they were family. I would definitely recommend this place, 5 stars.

Great service! Front desk staff was aqesome. Location was easy for a soccer tournament. Room was not as clean as expected. Hair in shower and crumbs in one bed, this to me indicates it wasnt cleaned properly.

Restroom toilet is buried to deep into floor, looks like is a toy for a 6 years toddler learning to use it. Bed mattress is poor quality and very hard. Restroom exhaust fan or system is not working. Coffee maker works great but owner doesn't provide water.
Found hairs on towels.

Horrible smell in 138. Staff just gave us Lysol to spray and would not change room. Smelled like rotten eggs and meat. It would not go away even after we sprayed everything. Do not stay here. Not worth the money

The bed is lumpy and the springs are pushing into our sides the carpet is filthy, the couch is dirty, there is mold in the bathroom showers and ceiling.
I didn't sleep well at all because of these conditions. Parking is convenient in front of your room if you can. Parking lot is well lit.

The front desk lady was very cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for a one-night stay. The only thing is the remote controller was hard to use and the coffee pot didn't work.

So clean, you can smell it! My room had a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, hairdryer, iron, and other amenities. I don’t recommend that you attempt a late check out however, the woman manning the front desk was very terse.

We arrive after dinner and a car drove thru the parking lot and harassed women on the site

The fact that you can hear everyone’s plumbing all night was a huge problem. It was so noisy you could t sleep. For the price it was a total rip off. Couldn’t believe the price we paid
