The bed in our room was not great but the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Upon entering our room
there was a dirty cleaning towel left on the side of the nightstand. Thanksgiving morning we had no breakfast because apparently the chef didn’t show up and nobody who worked at the hotel care to make us any so I paid extra for a service. I did not receive. Also I was told there was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving. If you can’t accommodate guests on holidays, you should not be open. I should not have been inconvenienced for their lack of staff Very hard to find a place to eat breakfast on Thanksgiving.

The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service.

Hotel was ok, staff was very nice. Older hotel, there was nighttime security across the street at night due to recent violence. Wish I had known that before booking. Bed was uncomfortable. I do not recommend adding in breakfast, go find it elsewhere. Our food was cold even after it was freshly brought from the kitchen and there was only one person working and they were out of everything. She was very nice and did her best, but was definitely not a great customer experience.

Not horrible but rooms need updated. Bedside lamp had no outlet to plug it in. A/C not cool enough/added humidity. Deep cleaning would help. The shuttle service to Cincy was great and staff were helpful.

Close to ballpark, food… AC in the room was poor and so was the sliding door to the bathroom that did not fully close. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Room very clean, staff was nice. Close to The Red's Ballpark and super cheep trolley a block away from hotel.
Vending machine was broken and coffee maker in the room did not work.
Also, very surprised the continental breakfast was not free, fee of $10.95/person!

Good hotel for the money. Had a nice clean outdoor pool which is what we wanted. It's a dated place but clean. Staff was friendly.

Surprised by having to pay for parking and the breakfast. Neither one was very good. Most of the people were nice.
Room was handicapped which we didn’t ask for and the room smelled. Needs some upgrades for sure.

Close to $1 public transportation, restaurants, and highway. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the in-room Dove shower products. Beds firm, pillows soft and not flat. Great stay at a great price.

The only disappointment was there was not breakfast accommodation. But there was a breakfast place across the street-WAFFLE HOUSE. @10.95 a person at the hotel, our best choice was WH. VA visiting Family in Cincinnati!

We enjoyed our stay and found the room clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was good as well. However, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was so hot! No sleep for us. Totally miserable.

Showers were amazing. Property was clean and the pool is very nice. Plenty of bourbon liquor stores nearby if that's what you're in to.

If you are going to service breakfast you need to work on that. We got there around 8:30 and you were out of eggs. Since eggs and toast were all we wanted they gave us our money back which was nice. We ate at McDonald’s

This place was so so. Not clean enough to be charging $300 for one night. First and last time staying there. If you just need a place to rest your head, and this is the only place available, you’re good.

We stayed here for the Bengals game. This hotel is conveniently next to, 2 trolley stops which will take you into Cincinnati for $1, children are free, and the ride is very short, about 5-10 minutes. The hotel staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Their outside pool was well kept and clean! I don't know about the breakfast because we never woke up early enough. But no worries, there's a Waffle House across the street. Along with McDonald's, Burger King, Skyline Chili, and a pizzeria. If the fast food is not your thing, we ate at restaurants in Cincinnati, since it was a short $1 ride. We will definitely stay here again.

Do yourself and pay the extra few dollars to stay at one the surround nicer hotels. This place was very gross and made me and my spouse extremely uncomfortable.
The interior is very old, dark, and dingy.
This hotel needs a major update.
I felt like I was walking down “Bates Hotel” on my way to my room. There was a community microwave right outside the elevators which was just very odd.
The rooms were beat up. The windows were horrendous. Only one side of the bed had plug ins. As soon as I got into the room I checked for bedbugs because I was getting that vibe.
The bathroom light switch had filth baked in it.
But the cherry on top was when I pulled the top blanket back the follow morning to make sure I had gotten everything and I noticed we had slept in dirty sheets.

The refrigerator in the room did not work and the room was dirty. Edges on the bathroom was dusty and dirty.

The stay was fine. It was very clean. The only thing that bothered me was that check in was at 3:00. But we had to wait until about 3:50 for a room because they had given our double bed away.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful checking in. Always warm and kind, provided helpful tips. The outdoor pool was nice. The mattress was not as comfortable as the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at on our way down. Ice vending machine broken on 4th floor. Many channels didn’t get signal CBS, ABC etc. would have thought better channels and internet.

"River view" room was a very small peek between the trees but overall a nice place to stay

When prices are already raised because of big events, the least they can do is give you breakfast without charging. We choose our place of stay so show some appreciation !
