Everything and everyone was great! We had the most relaxing time.

We loved the food at restaurant! We loved the spacious hotel room on 7th floor. The pool area was super clean and all employees were highly attentive to guests!

This place is great in so many ways, but was disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Molding was dusty, floor lamp didn’t work, drawer track was broken and didn’t open and close, balcony door lock was broken so a latch was installed. During our stay the Room service people did minimal work. The bathroom sink and toilet weren’t wiped down even though visible soap on countertop. Wrappers left on desk. Also, the coffee maker very low budget. They charge enough that these shouldn’t be issues.

All was great roms was clean service was awesome fod was good will definitely be back to stay again.
Only down side was stayed there 2× and both times they have had elevator problems wh where only 1 of 3 was working other everything is great.

Only problem we had in both stays was elevator only 1 of 3 was working. But other than that can't beat it.

Even though the state was short, it was very enjoyable. The staff in the dining room was great. The staff at check in and check out was great. Everyone was pleasant. Really enjoyed the stay and I will be back.

Direct beach front. To clarify, the hotel provides "beach chairs and loungers" according to their website - yet these are for the pool area overlooking the beach. On the beach you have to rent the loungers and umbrellas from a local vendor.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.
What I didn't like was that I signed up to have a balcony, and instead they gave us use of a cabana for a day and an ocean view. While that was nice, we would have preferred the balcony.

The only thing i disliked about the property was the spa being booked the day of arrival and the day we left because of labor day. We just stood here for one night after going to South fl, to see my father in law whom was very sick. So a relaxing massage would've been terrific to un-wind

The staff was amazing starting with the valet to the front desk! Everyone was very sweet and accommodating! The hotel is outdated but the friendliness of the staff made it worth it! I have two complaints. The tub was clearly not cleaned, it had dirty feet prints in the shower. I had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. The lady who came was friendly and apologized. The other weird thing was small bits of tissue or something in the bed that I felt and kicked out in the middle of sleeping. Not sure this room was thoroughly cleaned but we made it work and had a blast.

Everything was great. Staff was Top 100. They did everything to accommodate us since we got there around 11:00AM.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and in nice condition, nice to see pool areas looking fresh. Bartender at the pool bar wasn’t too friendly but other than that, very nice overall experience.

Me and my partner really enjoyed this stay enjoyed the hot tub, roasted marshmallows, and ate dinner beach side. Couldn’t ask for a better night

This is our third time staying here. It’s comfortable and convenient to the beach. We love the smores and little extras they provide. We will be back.

I like the size and comfort of the rooms and balcony.
I do not like the additional $29 a day fees as well as $30 a day for valet service.
Would be nice if they had microwaves available near ice machines.

I have visited this hotel 6 times since 2007. I keep coming back because of nostalgia but it really has not been the same since my first couple of visits. I really miss the vibrant colors and personality that it use to have in the rooms, entry way, and poolside. I can still remember those beautiful red and white striped cabana curtains. This use to be my favorite hotel to visit and that’s saying a lot as I travel internationally twice a year. Sadly, I don’t think that I will be returning as it is just not the same. Farewell.

Front desk was extremely friendly especially Michelle she was great. I had issues with my bathroom it was clogged Matenaince came to fix it but yet it still wasnt fixed . The water was shut off due to the city for suppose to be 1 hour but ended up being almost 3 . So plans got delayed from that and we couldn’t sleep in our beds because we came back from the beach/pool after a long morning. When the water did come back on it was yellow and grey and was warm maintenance came back and said it’s like that until the pipes run throughly. Well it never did . Also I don’t know if it’s Pollen season but bees were infested everywhere near the pool and restaurant area we had to take our food inside . Will I return it’s a big Maybe ,

Everything and everyone were so kind and they made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. We will definitely return.
