Close to our event at the convention center.

A clean hotel with friendly staff. Connected to the convention center where I was attending an event. Great location for food not far away if you have transportation. It was quiet and the room was comfortable I had a peaceful nights sleep.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. The heat wasn’t on in the indoor pool area, and the pool was ice cold. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we came for the indoor pool and couldn’t swim at all.

When we walked in, we were told that breakfast was served until 10 o’clock in the morning. However, when we arrive down for breakfast at 9:15, they said that breakfast stop serving at 9 o’clock. We are very disappointed.
Secondly, the curtain in the shower leaks onto the floor. The water from the shower goes right through the curtain and onto the floor.

Associates are very professional, and polite. The first morning for breakfast it was very busy and a line the 2nd morning you associates prevented lines by severing everyone this was a good ideal(good job) :)

My stay was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. I loved that it was more than powdered eggs, microwavable sausages, and waffles that you make yourself. It was a variety and it was delicious. I wasn't thrilled that they allowed dogs in the dining area. I feel like everyone should be accommodates not just people that claim they need an animal with them. Besides this animal was hugged on and and doted on by the children as if it was a household pet not a service animal.

My overall rating is Good, because we didn't have any issues, the staff was friendly/accommodating and the facility/room was clean- but thought for a Hyatt they could up their game a little. The pool area was nice and clean but basic in my opinion, the water was a little cool and a hot tub would be a nice addition. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but happy that it was included with stay. Also appreciated all the seating in the breakfast area because I noticed some places there aren't enough seats and breakfast seemed to be a busy time when we stayed on a Friday/ Saturday. Nothing about this place really amazed me or stood out, but I would stay here again if needed. If you're here for a quick stay or for business its a great place- clean, friendly, and a comfy bed.

I stay here for events with Princeton High School. It’s close to the school, all our out of town classmates stay there and we sometimes are able to have the dinner and reception of the reunion there.

The reason for low star is because when we checked inn with our little ones at the entrance people were smoking weed - talking loudly, cars were blocking the main entry . Felt very unsafe but the front staff , morning staff and everyone inside were fantastic- very welcoming and helpful.

The evening was fine. However, when we awoke, the elevator was broken. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get breakfast and back again, and altho we wanted to get underwsy with our drive to Atlanta, we had to wait until the elevator was repaired (nearly 11 am) to take our luggage down on the elevator, and after all that there was no coffee available.

Overall stay was ok, comforter on bed was dirty and overall hotel was not super cleanly. Overall the location just fine, nothing great but not terrible. Wish that breakfast went a litter later than it did, but overall ok.
