We arrived late because we had a late work day when arriving it was almost 11pm the site said check in is anytime after 11pm i called to inform hotel id be getting in late no answer after at leat 4 attempts still no answer we pull up teh person working said it was past check in and they cluld not accomadate us turmed us away i paid around 500 for 2 rooms one night that they refused to refund and also yet still was hard to get ahold of anyone to rewuest a refund also

Very nice room and beds and very clean. But it was cramped. Small space. No fridge. No microwave.

Nice hotel however needs to be updated it is old and smell old , carpets I believe never changed . Price is too much for the hotel. We stayed because my husband had a golf tournament. Golf course is great but swimming pools and rooms are not worth it and resort fee $40 doesn’t worth what they offer as a resort . We stayed but the convenience of playing the tournament and reception after that . I won’t stay only to enjoy a resort

While the golf may be great, the rooms are very dated with old furniture, carpet, no elevator and dark. Hardly the golf resort you'd expect in FL these days.

It is the offseason and I get it but restaurant availability was limited, staff was average at best and property conditions are dated to say the least. Been going here for years and was extremely disappointed on this trip

The buildings are dated and need renovating. The food is priced way too high. Not a family friendly restaurant on the campus.

Dated room interior and bathrooms. Old unit style airconditionjng was very noisy and blows air in a way that makes it hard to sleep. Sheets and pillows bad quality (polyester not cotton or down, like other comparable hotels/ resorts). Definitely needs an upgrade.

Love the overall resort. Rooms are not equipped with a fridge or microwave so eating in is a difficult task.
Lochness staff is incredible! Love them.

It was a great trip with my son to see some spring training games. Innsbrook was a perfect spot for us to hang at the end of the day. Staff were great. Kids pool was fantastic. Great experience.

Pretty irritated that it’s advertised as having a full kitchen. I brought all my food and there was not even a mini fridge. I really think that needs to be addressed because I wasted my time and effort bringing food due to how it was advertised….

The check in process was not easy.
We had our boat and they made us park under telephone lines about a mile and half from our stay because they “do not allow trailers or boats,” on the property. A little confusing. We also weren’t allowed to use the pool or any extra amenities for the reason we booked here in the first place because we booked through a “3rd party,” and not directly through them. The AC did not work, it took 3 hours for the maintenance man to arrive. We brought out own food because room service was not even an option and had to refrigerator or microwave. They said they would bring one. Never arrived. The next morning had to order a bus to be taken back to our vehicle a mile and half away, which the driver clearly stated he wasn’t able to drive back the long concrete road due to safety. Definitely not worth over $250.00.

This place looked nothing like the pictures. It was so bad that we ended up not staying there. This place is an old condo community, very poorly lit. Not a good place to take children. The staff and Hotels.com said no refund even though it was definitely false advertising. Stay far away from this one.
