The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje. Was ideal to explore the island. Forget about the terizitas beach. Its ugly and feel like an industrial zone.

This was our second visit to Santa Cruz and our second stay in the hotel. Came with two babies under two years. Stayed in a garden view suite. It was an excellent room. Service was great in the bar and the staff are all excellent. Convenient car park connected to hotel and wonderful location for the attractions of Santa Cruz. Will be back again from Edinburgh.

Fantastic F&B offering Fantastic gym & pool areas Large rooms But ... Padel courts need renovation!!

This was my second time in this hotel and I liked it very much this time, too. Everything is very clean, the design appeals to me personally (a skilful and high-quality combination of classic and modern) and the staff are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I had a problem at one point: the day before my departure, I asked reception for a late check-out next day (as it was offered to me as an Expedia Status member during check-in) and was granted this. When I wanted to go to my room the next day around midday, my room card no longer worked. It turned out at reception that my request had obviously not been noted. However, the reception staff reacted professionally and allowed me to use the room until 2pm without any problems. This issue was solved well, but it still was a bit unpleasant for me that the incident occurred. Nevertheless, it was another great stay and I will gladly come back one day.

The staff was very friendly, kind and able to address all our needs during our stay. The buffet for breakfast was AMAZING!! you cant miss this, the variety of food is incredible, really really great! and for an affordable price. The hotel itself is gorgeous, you get your room service everyday, the restaurants, bar inside the property are beautiful, the pool area is clean with towels available at all times. The SPA receptionist was not very friendly, that is the only thing I wanted to point it out, she acted like she does not care if you get the service you want nor even explain the service they offer and how it works. But the Hotel itself is amazing and I will gave it 9 out 10.

We enjoyed our 10 nights stay very much. Such a beautiful hotel with kind and attentive staff. Just wonderful.
