It was okay overall the pillow was hard and the room smell musty and there was only 2 big towel I had to ask the house keeper for one extra towel.

Excellent stay. Bed was very comfortable. My request was met. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue, they should have an extra person to help with the check in. There was only one person so had to wait about 15 mins in line to check in.

The whole experience of checking in was unacceptable! No customer service! I checked in at 9:30 at night without checking out the accommodations! I did not stay there! The next day I called to complain and was told someone would call me back. Four days later no response. I will dispute the money I paid up front.

Every time i stay here i never have problems, the room is always clean, and the staff is friendly

Stayed the night because I was going to a concert in Wheatland and for the night it was perfect,front desk man was extremely friendly and for someone who would be staying longer than a week the full size fridge/freezer and microwave would be perfect!Did not like the conjoined room but there was a lock so it was not a worry,for the price I would definitely stay there again if going to a concert at the sleep train in Wheatland!

The a/c we couldn't change it because it didn't have a remote so we had to turn it off to be comfortable that about it for now

BEWARE! This single hotel has now split into two parts. Hometown Studios Is one, Red roof Inn is the other. This information is not given to you upon reservation. One is having Major renovations(Red Roof Inn), which is where they put my room. There are many transients Surrounding the property. Since I prepaid to arriving, it was nonrefundable so I paid an extra $100 to move into the building that was not being renovated. Stay was for 5days in June2024

Although the staff was friendly, the room was noisy, took forever to get hot water in the shower, bed was not on a permanent frame , frame made noises every time I moved and leaned to one side, mattress was overly soft, accent chairs had no support and I felt like I was going to fall through and to top things off, the wifi was extremely slow.

There still in process of remodeling and the area is dirty. Pool isn’t open. Staff was nice. Parking lot is filthy. Homeless is area as well.

They installed a kiosk in the entry way. Which although new, is inefficient in many ways. It caused quite a bit of chaos when trying to check in and caused some issues with our credit card. Other than that, our stay was an enjoyable one.

Questionable people lurking around. Under construction and half painted. They have lots of security cameras. Lots of homeless. Crackheads and drug dealers

Service here is BAD as soon as I walked in her attitude towards me was just rude and snotty. She argued with me about a problem I had, She didn’t let me get a word in while she was arguing with me. To top things off I called the following morning to ask for my money back because we didn’t end up staying there. Also so that the manager can be aware of how I was treated. Of course I had no luck they weren’t trying to hear me out and kept my money because the lady I spoke to on the phone said “well you need read our policies first before you decide to even book with us and because you didn’t stay here you took up one of our rooms that could have been open and available for other customers”

Was charged double and put in a room all the way in the back with missing lights, no view of the parking and the rooms were not clean and had furniture unorganized and in ready for rental.

The area is a bit sketchy. Especially the back area building. They are upgrading. It looks like a construction zone full blown. Not a good look. M77

Main lobby looked very nice and inviting so expected the same out of the room. The key card did not work at first and attempted multiple phone calls to the front desk and kept being placed on hold for long periods of time. Eventually had to drive over there to get a new key. They’re in the process of renovating so there’s a lot of mixed matched paint and missing light covers. A lot of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.

Random people Bbq’ing in the parking lot. People were loudly talking and/or yelling all hours of the night. Door knocking loudly in the rooms neighboring mine. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The phone didn’t work in the room to reach the front office.

My room was clean, had a musky smell but wasn't bad at all. Beds were made nicely, bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean. It was pretty quiet. The area wasn't terrible.

Inconsistent policies and rules between hotel and booking agencies, including amenities. Hotel does not accept cash??!! But will require you to pay a second deposit before ur even refunded for your previous deposit. Won’t transfer the deposit if you stay over. No hot tub, no pool.

The hotel is being remodeled and will hopefully be brought back to ity's heritage. Room on ground floor as requested unavailble and long walk to/from elevator to room.

It’s a challenge to find when the sign isn’t lit up at night, but I am grateful to have a spot for the evening. Period

This hotel was in the perfect location for my work. Hotel staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was just enough to get you going. Seems like they are doing some renovations. But my room was quite clean and comfortable. Tv worked great and bathroom was fully stocked with basic amenities.

I have only stayed in the suites at this hotel with the jetted tub. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are really big and I have never seen such a giant jetted tub in a room before in my life!! I get this suite just for the jetted tub, it’s amazing!

The room was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful. We plan to stay there again!

It was an odd setup. I had to drive to another building from where the lobby was located. I was shown a map of where my room was in a block of numbers on a sheet of paper. I figured it out, mostly because I was towards the end on the first floor. But if I was given a map, that would have been easier. Thankfully I wasn't on another floor, or else that paper map with numbers would have been laughable.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent. The room could have been just a little cleaner but, overall a great stay.
