The room was OK, but nothing special. Fine for a quick overnight, but dated. Good price.

Pool was dirty, staff was unfriendly and a bit rude. No towels in pool area. Hair on bathroom floor...

The access door closest to the room was broken; several staff were informed and no efforts to fix it or even look to see what the issue was were made by them. The fridge made a terrible noise most of the stay but kept the food cold so no issues beyond the noise. I personally suggest a second floor room because as nice as it was not climb stairs, you hear literally everyone coming and going and everyone’s music from their car when they sit in the parking lot and blast it for two hours.

Nice stay with very friendly staff. Shopping and food within walking distance. Just be advised this property has no elevator, only stairs so make sure you are able to carry luggage physically.

My boyfriend is extremely picky - he said the beds were lumps, the pillows were OK and he wasn't happy cable was being worked on so the TV didn't work. I, had no problems with the bed & pillows and the TV (cable) - well - it happens.

The room was so damp, the carpet actually felt like it was wet. I kept my shoes on all night. Everything I had with me that night (luggage, work items, personal belongings) smelt like damp musty basement the next day, even my hair.

Basically wonderful. Only downfall was front desk day staff. No automatic front door opener. Gentleman on day staff watched me tfour times struggle with inner and outer door using my walker. Night staff assisted with door.

Reasonably clean, staff was helpful, hot tub was clean and working. Mattress was pretty warn out. Breakfast items were better than I expected, waffles, some fruit, premade heat and eat sandwiches & burritos.

People were standing outside of the door upon check in. Staff had left desk and people were waiting. Lobby was very congested, small and loud for breakfast. Our tub was plugged and water would not drain…disgusting. Overpriced for such poor quality!!

Nice place, clean, and quiet. Shower had a little issue randomly going hot cold hot on second night. Ac worked great. A little musky/stale in the hallways but didnt affect the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Fridge was cold. Disney channel wasnt available. Nice grass area for dogs to go potty.

We were looking for a clean, affordable hotel near a family member and the Quality Inn was perfect.

I stayed there due to very few options in the area I was staying at and took a chance. I am not very demanding but I do like to have my room cleaned every day or at least twice a day. When I checked in the initial clerk was rude and I could not understand him. When the lady took over she was fine and helped me to the room. When I was told I was on the second floor, I found out I had to lug my luggage up the stairs due to no elevator. The air was not on in the hallways and it was hot all day. I requested on the third day to have my room cleaned for the first time and I had to request it again on the fourth day. I would have to say this is the worst experience ever, I will be traveling for business to the city again, but I will never stay here again.

The pool waz filthy. There was toilet paper and dirt clumps in the bottom. We alerted them and hopefully they cleaned it. Kind of sucked for us cuz we were looking specifically for a hotel with a pool to keep the kids busy.

Our stay here was great! The only thing I wish I had realized or known was there is no elevator. Other than that it was a great value and exactly what we needed.

Unfortunately my room was not cleaned daily. Since the pandemic ,housekeeping policy's at all hotels have changed. But that has ended and service needs to be restored. I had a 3 night stay. If I had booked 3 individual nights I would have had a clean room to use. Other then having to check in each day the room would have had to be cleaned. Cleaning is part of the booking and needs to revert back to pre-pandemic. This is not a rap against this individual hotel or the chain , but all hotels across the board.

The only thing I didn't like was staying 2 nights, and not being aware you have to request ahead of time to get clean towels and bed made up.

For a Quality Inn type of place, it was very clean and pleasant in the room, pool, and breakfast nook. When returning to Sheboygan, we'd probably book there again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. AC barely worked and the room was over 80 degrees after we checked in. Then there were parties on both sides of us and they did nothing about the noise even after multiple complaints to the point my fiance had to go sleep in the car with the dog because people were banging into the walls and our door and making our dog bark or growl thinking someone was trying to come in and then waking up our 13 yr old and 1 yr old. Absolutely crap. Dirty, hot, noisy and staff were rude.

Toilet was not attached to the floor in the bathroom and had trouble flushing, hair in the bathtub, comforter was dirty, found old sauce cups on the floor in between the bed and nightstand, no elevator, no ice maker on second level, ice maker bin was FILTHY. Overall we slept well and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the cleanliness was a major disappointment.

I wanted to use the pool with my girlfriend and these people that are around 18-21 were yelling and screaming so loud and I was just very irritated about it !! They were very inconsiderate about other people in the pool!! I will never stay here again

I wish the pool had stairs to walk in but all in all very clean and nice. Only problem was we waitin 25 minutes to check because no one was answering phone or around. Several people waiting to check in at 3pm.

Great value! I’ve been to budget hotels and this one has been the best yet. Clean and quiet. Friendly and prompt front desk. We will come back.
