Comforter was ripped, the shower curtain rod was ripping out of the wall. Most importantly I was given no towels, when I went and asked for some the worker gave me some I took them back to my room and they had a lot of stains on them. I went back to get different ones and same thing happened, he took me to the laundry room and gave me more towels with stains on them, I was very unhappy

I check in to my room , no towels , no soap and dirty, I went to talk to the person at the front desk and she only give me 1 towel and never have room service .

This hotel is run-down and dirty. The parking lot, mostly empty except for litter, should have clued me in. The hotel has a musty smell to it, and the room door had to be pushed open pretty hard once the key actually worked. The room itself was old and musty, had no towels, and the light in the bathroom was missing the cover and a wire exposed. We didn't end up staying because nobody wanted to sit on a bed. I suppose if all you need is a room to sleep in and don't care about anything else, it's fine. But if you actually want to enjoy your stay and feel safe, go somewhere else.

Let's start at the first impression. The parking lot was littered with cups, bottles, general debris. Grass was growing out of the tar sealing the cracks in the lot. The glass was filthy on the entrance doors and adjoining entrance. The pool and elevator were out of order. The room had one bath towel and shower mat: both were worn out a long time ago. No facial tissue in the holder. The shower curtain had visible mold on the bottom. By the time my shower was over, I was standing in water up to my ankles. The bed was comfortable, but the top bed sheet didn't cover the mattress nor the box spring. And finally, the breakfast was a joke. The waffle batter was old and the waffle came out the thickness of a plate. The dognut holes were so hard a fork wouldn't puncture it. That whole mess went into the garbage. I was by myself and this is more like the crummy motels at truck stop locations. If my wife was with, we would have looked elsewhere. I have stayed at Wyndham motels in ND which were just fine, and this one in Davenport is an embarrassment and a black eye on their brand. The clerk did not have a command of the english language and was diffucult to communicate with. I was in town for the motorcycle swap meet, and the rates were cheapest here. Really shockingly bad accomadations for a name brand like Wyndham.

this place is disgusting. You could tell the room had not been cleaned prior to our stay. PIllow was yellow. Finger prints all over the mirrors as well as water stains. Toilet was stained from feces.

The entire stay was a huge disappointment. Was to be a nice weekend outing and ended up in this place.

My husband had booked 5 rooms for a small family gathering for August 16,2023 through Hotels .com. When we got there the front entryway was cracked and missing tiles it made it difficult for my sister with a walker to enter. We booked 3 handicap rooms but they only had 2 handicap rooms. Wesley and Elizabeth were assigned Room 119. It had 2 towels, no washcloths, no Kleenex, no cups. The sheets were badly stained and the comforter was shabby. We did not sleep on the sheets. Mrs Marx and daughter had Room 117, when they opened the door the smell was terrible. No walk in shower and this was supposed to be a handicap room. 2 worn out towels and the sink would not drain after use. No Kleenex, no washcloths, no glasses, shabby sheets and comforter. Pam and David R. had Room 101: 2 shabby towels no Kleenex, no glasses, no washcloths and the shower curtain was moldy and they decided not to a take shower. Steve and Becky K. had Room 107: 1 shabby towel no Kleenex no glasses, no washcloths Bed had not been made ,the floor had not been vacuumed, and there was an old blood stain on the box springs. After a discussion with front desk they moved them to Room 100. this room was the same except for the blood stain. There was no TV remote. When they pulled back the comforter there was dirt on the sheets. At this point they decided not to stay and checked out. Being a born again person I look for the best. The room was clean. The TV worked with 4 channels. one was even advertising the car dealer next door. I'm sure the wifi would work if the demon was exorcised out of if. The ice machine is in a better place. the elevator will rise again on the 2nd coming. God spoke to me and says my kind will inherit the world. I truly thank this hotel for making me a better Christian.

No towels. No sheets in one of the rooms. Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Pool is out of order. Shower curtain so moldy it was gross.

Worst place ever! BLACK MOLD!! Around the tub and the shower curtain. There was also blood smears on the walls, and a broken leaky sink! They had soiled stains pillows they refused to change! I reported all this they claimed but to have another room and they kept my deposit! I'm reporting them for Health violations! How does this hotel have a rating above 1? It's run like it's a hotel by the hour and when out of town people book hire are we to know going by these ratings! Also the area doesn't look safe!

It's drity !! There was no towels in are room and rhey onlybgave us 2 towels , 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel.I adkef more and rhey told me.no. Exterior side door to hotel did not close, dirty common areas, and garbage strewn in parking lot. Would not recommend at any price.

I had reserved this location for a one day trip with my girlfriend, for a visit with her back home to see her family. This place is a dump. Don't waste your money, no matter how cheap it is. ANY PRICE is absolute ROBBERY. Not only did we not stay, after we got to the room and there was literal DIRT on the torn, stained sheets, but they charged my card for the full amount of the NON-STAY, plus the deposit, plus the dog deposit fees. The front desk said they would not charge me. I should have known better....STAY AWAY

There was nothing for breakfast. Flat waffles, cereal with no milk. No coffee or tea. Only butter for toast and broken juice machine. Dirty room.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Windows broke, beds weren’t even made properly! Just Disgusting! Even got stuck on the elevator and the cleaning lady got mad at us!

Reserved a king. Was given what they said was a queen, it was a double. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. They moved us to a king”Deluxe” nothing deluxe about it. The place is filthy and I’m pretty sure there was a two way mirror in the room. Shady AF.

The staff at the desk were pleasant. This property is in poor shape -- carpets need to be cleaned, rooms need painting, wallpaper needs repair, inside elevator doors need resurfacing. The pool is closed. They must lack staff as small pieces of trash were in the hallways. The sheets were cleaned but grayed and dingy which made you feel like they were dirty. All in all I cannot recommend staying at this property. I'm surprised this property is associated with Wyndham.

Place looks run down, service was poor. Room didn't have towels or soap. Towels we had to go to the office to get were dngy grey instead of white. Shower didn't drain. Room was big and outdated decor. Positive note was a fairly quiet night sleep.

Pool was out of order. Poor breakfast options. Only 1 towel in room. 1/4 roll of tp was all the bathroom had. Shower did not appear to have been cleaned.This was our second room. The first room we were assigned had no window shades, so no privacy. Elevator had broken tiles on door, tons of fingerprints on the stainless steel and dirty floor, so it lacked proper and regular cleaning. The clerk wants to take a copy of your drivers license, and then sets it aside. Said they would need it if the police come and would need to see who is there?!? (Gave me ID theft concerns). How this property received an Americinn franchise is unbelievable, as I have stayed with various Americinn's at least a dozen times, and all were top notch. Stay here at your own risk. I will never return.

The room had very basic offering - towels were worn, curtains torn, shower curtain rod was not attached and fell on my head, breakfast was a joke - only offering bread water with cereal or nasty waffles (no milk, juice or fruit).

I would give it a zero if i could. This was the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. They changed my card twice and i didn't even pay with that card just gave it to hold the room until I got there. The rooms are nasty i was unluckily enough to have rented it for 3 days and never 1 time did they bring clean towels or even empty trash. I booked the room because they say they are handicap accessible the only thing that I seen was they had handicap parking. I am handicap and they had no handicap bars in the restrooms. The staff was very rude. I will never recommend this place and will do what I can to keep other people from the same nightmare. It is not fit for a animal shelter.

This hotel should be demolished. It is a health hazard. Probably the worst hotel in America. Wyndham group should inspect this hotel’s condition and shut it down. To my surprise, when I asked the manager why the hotel is this this condition, he mentioned the hotel accomodates as a shelter for the homeless too. No surpise. Please don’t list this hotel in hotels.com

This stay sarted bad and really didn't get much better. After signing a rules for the stay document a full page long i was given my room key. I wanted to clean up but there was only two wash cloths, no towels. The floor was dirty. One pillow looked fresh, but two looked like they had been used. The linen was tread bare. I like dark rooms, but the blackout shades were cracked. The pool was empty and several small room r e frigerators were being stored there.

There were so many things wrong.... The blankets on the beds were the old shower curtains, stained and disgusting; drapes were literally shredded; pillows had no cases and they were dark grey from use. Asked for a different room. The staff person came with me to the room so I could tell her what was wrong. She just stood there as I showed her all the stains and the shredded curtains (no reason to close them!) and kept nodding then said, 'I have another room if you want to see it.' No apology, no nothing. Got a new room, still shower curtains on the bed (yes, they even had the holes for hanging), but they were stainless at least. A dirty Q-tip was in the dresser along with someone's bill from a previous stay. Beds were comfortable, but I got a two double-bed room, one pillow on each bed (at least the pillow cases were actually white), and just a sheet and the shower curtain. A/C worked when it wanted to. Kept having to turn it off and on. One towel, one wash cloth per person in the bathroom. My daughter and I both have long hair, one towel is not enough. Staff was very irritated that I wanted another towel. Shady people kept hanging out at the side door, guy was smoking pot there when we left, asked if we wanted to join. DO NOT STAY HERE.

What a dump. They over booked rooms and gave me different room than what I booked. The bed had one pillow on it and that pillow was lumpy and small. During check in a lady was in the lobby trying to get refunded by the booking website she used because the bedding in her room had been covered in what looked like blood stains. The first thing I did was check the bedding and check for bed bugs. There were random hooks and slots on the walls where amenities used to be. They had a pool but it was closed and they were using that space to store the mini fridges that used to be in each room. One towel per room. “Breakfast” in the morning was coffee and cereal with a community use gallon jug of milk. TV in the room had a backlight that was failing so the tv was dim and hard to see. Door to the room didn’t shut right unless you slammed it shut. Think of the worst Motel 6 experience you ever had, this place is like that.

The property generally was dirty and in disrepair. The room was dirty, the bedding soiled and stained. The lock on our door was broken. The TV did not work. The pool was closed. The hallways and elevator were filthy. The staff was disagreeable and unhelpful. We left immediately and asked for a refund, but the clerk told us he "did not know how to issue a refund." Worst ever in all my 72 years!

Multiple stains on pillows and sheets. Some pillows did not have a cover on them. Front desk not staffed multiple times during the stay. I did not feel safe and left before dark to find another hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and fear of safety.

The bed sheet had brown flakes on it. The pillows was not thick enough for a baby. We ask if they had any more pillows and he said no. He took the bedding off and he ask if we wanted him to take the comforter and we said yes. We ask for a new one and he said they did not have any more so we told him we are going to cancel and we did. There was two others that canceled one before us and one after us all in less then an hour. The place was filthy and should be closed. Will not stay at an AmericInn because of that one.

Do not stay here! We were trying to save money on lodging and we spent more on hidden charges, purchasing our own blankets, pillows, and towels than we would have spent on a clean more expensive room. This hotel should be condemned. The health department needs to be alerted to the condition of the rooms. Black mold in the shower, no ac, had to move rooms, no blankets or towels in either room. Food under the mattress, holes in the lamp shades, the door would hardly shut, the elevator had graffiti, the pool was empty. I can’t say enough bad things about this property.

Hotel was dirty, room dirty, towels dirty, pool out of order, can only get in the front door, just yuck!
