Everything was nice with the exception the AC unit did not work in our room. There were no other rooms available and no one available to service the unit. The property compensated with free snacks and breakfast but unable to comp a discounted rate as we booked through Expedia.

Property was great, being right on the water. Pool was chilly both indoor an out door. Don’t think the heater was on. Room was decent could have been cleaner. Staff was very nice an parking was great.

The food was terrible and the service extremely slow! For the price we paid for this hotel at $400 a night the place could be cleaner but the beds where comfortable and parking lots nice and big for larger vehicles or trailers

We happened to arrive when 4 families total 17 were checking in. Overwhelmed the staff and we waited for over 10 minutes for someone to be able to check us in. We were on the way to our room and the other 17 were still trying to figure out what rooms they were reserving !

My room only had a view of the roof of an adjacent wing of the hotel…this seems to be a theme when booking with Expedia.

This property is in a beautiful location and there is much potential. The cost of the rooms is too high, given the hotels appearance. Even though basically clean, rooms need to be updated, ie carpet replaced, thresholds and windows to balcony clean. The TV remote was missing and the hotel phone did not work. We reported this in person to the front desk and immediately received the remote, however no explanation for the phone issue, until we mentioned it again at check out, and they said it was related to a storm 2 days ago. The restaurant only had one (very nice) server; the menu very limited, and not up to the variety and ambience one would expect in a resort hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but owners and management need to update this very tired hotel in a very lovely location

It was right on the lake. It had a very nice indoor and outdoor pool. It had a bar outside. And it had a restaurant in the hotel that was very convenient.

The staff is the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. They were so helpful and gave great suggestions for to eat and visit. We will definitely be back again!

It was a fantastic stay! Between the room, the live music, Tiki Bar, lawn games, boats and restaurant there was nothing else we could have asked for. It was a fantastic stay!

For a $455.00 a night..Our room was very average nothing extraordinary like the reviews. Tub was very dated and clogged. Towels were cheap, thin and stained. Pool very cold, area was average trashed overflowing. Ice machine wasnt working on our floor. Outside could use a good powerwashing and update. Staff was very nice. The marina made it look good! Area around this hotel was very nice.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean with comfortable rooms. Plenty of family friendly activities in the pool area with a full tiki bar and restaurant!!

The gal that checked us in was wonderful-friendly, welcoming, and kind.
The problem was the restaurant. They were short staffed which is understandable in these times. However, after standing in line at the hostess stand for 20 minutes, we were rudely told, “we are on a wait!” I said that it was ok we would wait. But no, the C woman again rudely said, we are on a WAIT! You can go wait in the lobby!” No one took our name or asked us the number of our party. So, I was not going to go wait in the lobby without checking in somehow. When I started this I was told that the kitchen is behind and we are on a wait. My partner and I left to go to Grand Haven to give our business to another restaurant. I can assure you that we did not try the restaurant chain for breakfast. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Lovely family stay for our weekend getaway. Property is clean and well maintained with excellent service from the staff. The staff was really great, friendly from the front desk to restaurant, made you feel right at home and willing to serve you with a smile. Great job, Keep it up !

It was a great place to stay. There was a view of the water and many boats were docked. There was also a restaurant attached which was convenient but we did not stop in since we had plans with friends. Overall the rooms were comfortable and friendly staff.. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice.

I requested (and paid for) a room on the water with a balcony. The balcony was so tiny 2 chairs could barely fit and the water view was non-existent. I overlooked the restaurant and welcome area.

I did not like dripping from the ceiling in the pool.

Tub needs to be checked for whatever is slowing the draining process. I showered and the tub filled with water. The thermostat didn't work so the room was hot even when I turned the heat down on the keypad on the unit.

The hotel was very quiet. I don’t think I heard anyone the entire evening. Great nights sleep. The king size bed was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! Highly recommend!
