It is cool and the lake view is gorgeous

The property is right by the water. We enjoyed our room even there are some trees blocked some of the view. The screen door are torned, should be replaced.

I know the hotels are not five star in Big Bear, but this hotel is located right next to a lake. You can rent boats jet, skis, or even fish. Every men’s dream come true.

Had a one day stay August and 2024 really good time atmosphere is awesome. Property is very clean provides gas grills and everything you need to be comfortable.

It's a friendly beautiful place to visit

We had a couple of problems with our room however they quickly repaired (to the best of their ability at the time) and were very friendly and respectful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake side. Has parking. Game room, pool and gym. Friendly staff. Also has a nice boat ride. Also has a kitchen where you can prepare some simple meals

A very enjoyable stay. Loved the calm atmosphere and a great location right by the lake. The rooms are a little aged but clean and cozy. The lake view room is definitely worth it.

Overall a great stay, excellent lake front location. Friendly staff and good amenities. Lake cruise offer from this hotel is excellent and bargain priced.

Close to Village. Easy access to the lake for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming.

Love that this property was right in the lake and has spot to dock boats & seado. Room do need upgrades and need to be remodeled. Very old, outdated and smelly carpets and no AC was warm in the day and night. Pool and hot tubs were a success!

Beautiful lake view and enjoyable environment

We loved it, great location, right on the lake. Close to free shuttle and the village. Pretty much everything you needed in the room. Front desk staff was very helpful. We will go back for sure.

Best place to stay

We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom with a small view of the lake. It was clean and had all the amenities needed to make it comfortable. There are a lot of families with kids and some are not supervised. The noise above us the second night was pretty bad and hard to go to sleep. Will definitely request an upper unit next time. The property itself is very clean and cozy.

Outdated proper, but nice views of water. A little loud at times outside, but feiendly people.

The room was really nice! We were able to walk down to the doc and start fishing. It was really nice and a great property! The only negatives are that there is no AC so it’s pretty hot and there were some ants and little bugs in the kitchen.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. We always love it. The location on the lake is great. This trip, however, was not the best. We mainly choose this lodge because of the location & the indoor pool because outdoor pools here even in the summer are too cold. The second day we went to the pool in the after & it was closed. We were told something broke & it may or may not be fixed the following day. The next morning I spoke with the manager, Tiffany, and asked to check out a day early and receive a partial refund for that day. Without a pool we were pretty bored & hot in the condo that has no AC. She said absolutely not. She stated that the pool would be fixed sometime during the day so she would not issue a refund. The pool did not open until almost 6pm that day. For us, this was a big deal as my daughter really wanted to swim and the pool was shut down a little over 24 hours. We reached out to our booking agent who also spoke with manager Tiffany & was told if we wanted to swim we could go swim in the lake. So we absolutely will not return because their manager lacks customer service skills.

Lots of things to do. Lakefront property. Lots of family fun activities. They also have boat and jet ski rental on property. Really enjoyed our stay.

The property looks old but my family like it. On the customer service I give a “0” I didn’t the fact that employees could help and they didn’t. Poor communication skills.

It’s a great family property, right in the lake convenient to the village only minor discomfort is no air conditioning however it was noted on site. There was one fan in kitchen area and one portable one but think they should add one for bedroom. The staff is super friendly I would come again!

Many things in the unit were broken and/or not working properly.

This is a good place to stay. The suites are well thought out and kitchen options welcome. The two drawbacks for me was the strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room and I couldn’t open the screen to the sliding door. Although I Enjoyed it there, probably look for something else next time.
