The showers seemed dirty and did not smell very good.
The towels and all the bedding had a bad smell to them. Even after I washed them with a lot of soap, they still had a bad odor.

The property is a bit dated but very well cared for. The landscaping and buildings are very nice. The unit was very clean. The pool deck could use a bit of a face lift- the desert heat must impact it.

This was our second time staying here. Nice place to stay that is not too far from any where. Right by the Indian Wells Tennis place if that is your thing. Close to a couple grocery stores. Free laundry is a nice plus.

Our annual trip to Palm Desert is always a special stay at Desert Breezes mainly due to the exceptional, friendly & always helpful staff. Our 'upper' condo is clean, comfortable and definitely meets all our needs.

Beautiful well maintained property. The unit was very clean, had a full kitchen and was well stocked with dishes and cooking pans. The pool area was immaculate and had lots of loungers! Would definitely book again!

It would have been nice to have communication regarding late check in. No one (neither the property or expedia) notified me there is a gate that would be locked or how to get my key/find my unit at 1130 at night. Nor did anyone tell me they would lock you out of room if you didn't check in next day after late check in.

We came for Stagecoach and the place was super comfy for our larger group. The staff was great about making sure we got rooms together upon request. The facilities were great. It was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was great. There was a grocery store nearby and the shuttle bus was about 1 mile away...so it was very convenient. We would stay here again!

Old facilities, furnishings, little supplies in room ---- hand soap, lotion, no info on local area. Only bare necessities in the room. Exercise room only open 'limited hours', not good!!! Great location though!

Be aware that after hours check-in is not straightforward. There is a small sign at the keypad that if you are tired and not reading carefully explains the number to call for after hours check-in. Reading through the info sent with the reservation adds to the confusion. Because of all this, my friend and I missed that and so missed the first night of our reservation. FRUSTRATING to say the least.
Overall, the suite we had was okay. The room is outdated and moderately worn looking. If you're going for the Indian Wells tennis tournament, the location is very convenient; you'll just pay a bit to be able to walk and have a place to sleep. Not sure we'll stay here again.

Location was great for my purposes being close to the Indian Wells Tennis. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Was fine for myself as a solo traveler but probably wouldn’t stay here if I was looking for a fancier stay. No restaurant either

Appeared very safe; gated. Finally had the gym finished and remodeled after 2 years. Could use new mattresses in bedrooms.

Place is dated. Pool’s cement was chipping. But for the price is was just fine.

Needs maintenance done. Eg pool /spa lights not working. Toilet in our room not working properly..called maintenance and they came to fix it but still did not work correctly. Advertised on paperwork give. At check in that breakfast item would be given if checked out by 10 am but nothing was to he had. Staff at check out was grumpy and bit friendly at all.

Bathroom exhaust fan is exceptionally loud, the carpet is due for replacement, and the kitchen could use a small omelette type skillet, and a few small Tupper size storage containers would be nice. But those last could of items are a bit knit-picky. But overall an excellent value.

The property was beautiful and maintained beautiful. The unit could use some maintenance, the toilet paper holder was broken, I had to fix the burner on the stove, just little things.
