My favorite place to stay in Versailles

Outstanding staff!!! Beautiful hotel and AMAZING food! A 3 minute walk to Versailles Palace. Our room was small but very comfortable. And we loved the beautiful bar! 😁 I will definitely stay again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay, and would recommend it at anytime.

Staff super helpful and kind

Comfortable, relaxing and in the best location in Versailles. Easy to everything. It’s a no brainer. The staff at check in were beyond warm and helpful. I wouldn’t bother staying anywhere else.

Hotel rooms and staff were lovely. Hotel was being renovated at the time so a little messy. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Restaurant was terrible. Both the food and the service.

Location couldn’t be better, five minutes walk from the Chateau de Versailles. Smart interior and comfortable but standard room was very small and requested upgrade didn’t materialise. Parking in a public area also left the vehicle and its contents vulnerable. Didn’t use the restaurant.

Very nice location, but service was a bit unfocused , unattentive, specially at the restaurant where on two separate ocassions , we had to wait a half an hour to get service , even water. The rooms were fine and the bathroom as well, but service stills makes the difference.

Excellent experience, pretty closer to the Versailles chateau

Amazing location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

This was my third time staying at MGallery Le Louis. It is an amazing hotel. We had a mini suite which was perfect for our 3-day stay (we were at Versailles for a special event at the Chateau which is 2 long blocks away.) Their breakfast buffet will appeal to all appetites. Our room was very comfortable and quiet (with amazing pillows). The best feature of the hotel is the STAFF. They are all amazing. A big shout out to the Manager, Mounsier Mahamadou. He is so accommodating and such a gentleman. We look forward to returning.

Great location. Secure underground parking spaces although limited in number. We arrived anround 11am when others were leaving so no problem for us. Walked two blocks to nearby outdoor plaza with shops and restaurants and vendors and then got early checkin. Elegant lobby. Clean comfortable superior room with balcony view. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel room was excellent. Incredibly clean and the weight staff was incredibly efficient and very accommodating

Nice big rooms and a generous breakfast. The gym leaves a lot to be desired. Air conditioner was not the best as it typically is in France.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations. But twice the price of other hotels, not worth it and everything is extra $$.

The staff were very helpful and the location could not be better. This was ideal.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant staff was less welcoming. The room was well furnished and cozy, and the location close to Versailles is unbeatable. Shopping and dining are also within easy walking distance.

Fantastic location to explore the wonderful Palace of Versailles we did the palace on one day and then the Gardens the next.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! Basically a part of the larger palace complex, very walkable. Close to groceries, coffee and restaurants. Parking is extremely convenient, although you’ll do best with a compact car—there are a limited number of spots and it’s a tight squeeze. Impeccable service and facilities along with location make it highly recommended!

Very attentive staff.

Where do I start. Their checkin process is total chaos. I didn’t get into my room until almost 2 hours after checkin time. I arrived at 12:15 p and they said my room wouldn’t be ready until 3. That’s ok and acceptable; 3 is their checkin time. I did all the pre-checkin, which is all done in paper and they have a ton of paper folios for each party laid out across 3 desks and in small boxes. I came back at 3:30 and they informed my room still wasn’t ready but it would be shortly. I wait until 4:10 and they still haven’t called me to say it’s ready so I went back to the front desk. They can’t find my checkin info because they have a ridiculously antiquated and inefficient system. They finally find it and say it’s going to be a little longer. Cut to another 30 min before they call me and my room is ready. They offer me a comp drink. When i get to my room there is only one towel and one hand towel. There are some white stains on a chair. I find out the waterfall shower head isn’t working the next morning; only the handheld. Cleaning service is subpar. They didn’t make up by bed all the way, didn’t replace the coffees, any waters, or the two toiletry items I used (shoe mit and shower cap). Also took the robe that I had hanging up and didn’t replace it. It’s hanging - there was no reason to take it. They say they are eco conscious but obviously not. I asked the front desk to replace the coffees and waters. Next morning my coffee maker didn’t work. Worked the day before.
