Ordered room with one queen bed and two tween beds and got two tween beds and one couch or something like this. Rooms that supposed to accommodate 3 people can barely fit one.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Great location, easy walking distance to Notre Dam de Lourdes and the Chateau Fort, restauants, shopping. Guest services, Frederic, was very kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Average. But most importantly convenience and easy access to the property from railway station and shuttle bus from the airport was helpful. Also only about a 10 minute walk to the shrine.

The reception are nice. There was issue with my booking being cancelled by their other staff but was resolved by the manager and instead gave us a bigger room

Good location but very small dated rooms and restaurant(which was closed for dinner and lunch). Breakfast was poor but what served was good. The staff is terribly unhelpful when asked about transportation or local info. I would not recommend unless need to be near the station or emergency stay.

The city was very quiet at the time of our visit and the hotel was not serving evening meals but plenty of places in town open later in evening. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is not only affordable but is also perfectly located to visit all the important sites in Lourdes. This stay was topped up by a daily room service, excellent customer service and exceptional accomodations in terms of check in time and luggage keeping. They definitely reflect what they preach, Ibis hotels are not just accomodations but they make everything to make you feel home.

The AC was not working and the hotel was very outdated and dirty.
There were spiders everywhere in the room and we had to leave, looking for another hotel during the night.
The only good thing is that they provided a refund.
We will never go back to Accor hotels.

Very clean place and close to the train station and sites. However, breakfast was limited and got there 1 hour before it ended with about 15 other guests and they were reluctant to re-stock many items like eggs.

The rooms are VERY small. The shower is tiny. It is clean.

It's very near Lourdes station and yet close to the heart of Lourdes. The breakfast is quite nice and the drinks station well equipped. The rooms are tiny and for our stay with an additional person, every cm of space was valuable but since we were going to spend most of our time at the Sanctuary, it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and most helpful with information and providing an extended checkout time. The location is an easy walk to and from the train station with luggage. The basilica is about a 10 min. walk. Grocery store is just a 5 min. walk down the street.

The hotel photos are not what you get ,I have photos of the real deal but you would not want people to see . The breakfast room was full of water leaking on to the food as they had problems with the Air Conditioning but the staff tried there best but there are much better hotels around and cheaper

We would have liked a bit more variety for breakfast. We waited over one hour to be served at dinner time. We were served a different dish from what we ordered nevertheless, the food was tasty. But we would have liked to be informed of the change. On the whole it is a nice hotel and we would certainly go there again

This hotel is a stone throw away from Lourdes train station. Good staff. But room is small.

4 minutes walk from train station. A little longer to the sanctuary. Along the main road yet traffic noise is minimized because of the double pane window. Walkable to everywhere. Godd walking shoes a must as the area is hilly. Rooms are big enough to move around. I would come back here than go to the bigger hotels. Unassuming room to sleep in. Breakfast adequate and tasty. If the pilgrimage is what counts, where one sleeps does not matter much. Will come back!
