I reserved this hotel in advance 2 rooms and they were pay at property. When I got to the front seat to check in the lady has told me that it was already paid for. However on my Expedia account it still said pay at property so somehow the hotel charged my card I had on file. And when I explained to her that she can not do that when It is pay at property she told me there was nothing she could do and the manager said the same thing in the morning when I spoke with them. My brother-in-law was actually supposed to pay for one of the rooms on his card and so the told me well he will just have to give you the money back then. So my thing is that they don't understand that they can’t just charger someone’s card without proper authorization. They did not understand this I couldn’t get it through to them I understood my brother in law was going to have to pay us back that was already being sorted out. But they can’t just charge people when they feel like it. It was bull the whole situation I wasn’t planning on using that card for the hotel but I guess whatever we will just never stay there again. Also didn’t help that breakfast there wasn’t kid friendly cereal or different options for them other than a waffle. Then the bedding had stains on it both beds. Shower presser sucked.

Everything here was terrible. I don’t write reviews on things but this hotel put a bummer to the whole weekend. All the sheets, pillowcases and the few towels that were in the room had some sort of stain. One of the towels looked like somebody used it for a Kleenex and just folded it back up. Nowhere to hang towels. There were holes in the Sheetrock in multiple places. No battery in the smoke detector (I didn’t go looking to see if there was, just happened to look up and see the door that covers the battery was open and there wasn’t one in it. Side tables were sticky. The installation stickers were still on the tub and the toilet but both were clearly not just recently installed before our stay. My only advice to you if you’re thinking of staying here… don’t!

Liked the accessibility to the Interstate. Our bathroom door was broken so it wouldn't close plus the chain bolt on the door was missing so it wasn't a secure room.

Good hotel if stay for one night. You carry your luggage upstairs, no elevators. Paint peeling from walls and rusty doorknobs, etc.

Easy to find and easy access to interstate to leave in the a.m. Evening clerk was very helpful in finding a restaurant and movie theater.

The room looked remodeled - Beds were really comfortable - Bathroom really nice shower/bathtub looked brand new but no treads so you can fall easily no matter your age and no towel racks or bars in the bathroom/shower. -Sink outside bathroom weird. -Hairdryer is not mounted under the sink -Coffee packets but no coffeemaker -Door catches doesn't close all the way have to really pull it. - Sign on front door saying no vacancy that's ok I had a reservation but I walk in no pleasantries of hi, hello just can I see your driver's license -The lady that checked me in didn't tall me about the free breakfast and where it is or times!! I got this hotel because a lil closer and free breakfast but never got told the times so missed out. - Had to drive around the back to park and the back door has not enough room to try to use your key and open with all your belongings. -Back door is just one BIG step not 2-3 at least -Railing at backdoor going upstairs is not SECURE it is falling off with any weight on it

TV chanels are worse....could not watch any. Bathroom got no place to put stuff like soap or anything...

It was convenient to the interstate.

The inside was clean and staff friendly. But outside was sketchy looking and hallway so so. Staff friendly. Room clean.

Dirty stinky stairways! Garbage around the building that was not picked up in my three day stay. Pet friendly? - not really!! Additional charges for pets that were not listed on their website, not allowed to leave pets in the room.

Toilet rocked back and forth. No coffee maker in the room. Smoke detector had no battery. No chain lock on the door.

We didn’t stay. Everything looked old and ugly. Just would not recommend staying here.

Very good

Room seemed clean enough. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The sink was in the main room and there was no counter space. There was no place to hang a towel while in the shower. The only place to set it was on the toilet….ewwww! Really need to add towel bars to the bathroom. It advertises a hair dryer, but better bring your own. This one was stashed under the sink, not hanging on the wall like all other motels. After you plug it in there’s no place to set it, so it hangs in front of the sink. Then it has only one speed…low. Also, there was no clock in the room. Would be nice to be able to see the time without having to check the phone.

This property is dated but in the midst of an upgrade. We somehow got a smokers room and we don't smoke, could have been my mistake. We were already unloaded so we just got some air fresheners at Walmart. Everything was functional, frig, a/c, microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot water took a long time... Not sure why. They provided free fountain drinks, coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the office. Office staff very friendly and accommodating.

Updated and clean

The shower curtain rod was sagging and loose. The furniture was mediocre and the desk chair returned to the upper position. The HVAC system was noisy and vibrated when it was running.

Very noisy can hear everything from hallway. There was a gap at bottom of door into the room.

Theres was a red crusty stain on the bed spread. I just pushed it yo the side so the bed spread wouldnt touch me. The carpet on the stairs lookef like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast wad a total joke. 2 choices of cearal and s gallon of milk. Come on???

It's a cheap place to stay. If you stay here, you will wonder what it would have been like to stay across the street at the other motel. But at least it's cheap ..!!

Nice for price

It was advertised that BREAKFAST was offered and turned out to be cereal and cheap honeybun...nothing hot! I checked into my room I had an IRON and ironing board, went shopping and returned to IRON missing. I asked the clerk about my iron and he said there's only 10 irons at the hotel. They took my IRON! NO ELEVATOR...I stayed on 2nd floor and never mentioned.

The sheets and bed had stains all over and the room was very dirty.

Breakfast was slim, bed not the best. Staff dont like to talk to anyone.

Place was very old. Rooms were updated some but our door had an inch gap towards the bottom. It was fine for a quick one night sleep but we probably won’t go back.

Good Value motel in good location near gas stations and restaurants. Our double queens had refrig and microwave. Heater/Air cond was good. Bathroom was small and door handle loose with missing screw. Hair dryer not mounted, but OK. Spent 4 days but had to have keycards ienable each day.
