Rooms were clean but everything was pretty old needed a good update the bed wasn’t bad but the pillows were horrible way too thick & my husband & I had neck pain & didn’t sleep well at all plus it was very noisy.

Bed was super hard, carpet was ripped, just didn’t feel like it was well cared for.

TV made odd sounds at times and toilet didn’t flush great. Don’t care for small pillows but the rest was ok.

We booked a king. Didn’t get it. Had to switch rooms after we unpacked due to toilet problems. Wet carpet. No accommodation was offered for us being so upset.

I have stayed at the Cedar City Ramada Inn a number of times and it never disappoints. This was no exception with the ease of making reservations, to the check in process, made even better by the assistance provided by Liz! Room was excellent—convenient, clean, and comfortable. I slept well getting up to enjoy a very good breakfast—scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, juice and coffee truly hit the spot.
Can’t wait for my next stay!

This hotel is older. We were put on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had to haul heavy suitcases and e-bikes up the stairs. The bathroom is very small with low sinks. Had we known there was no elevator we would have requested a room on the first floor when we booked.

The complimentary breakfast was great! This was probably the best one my wife and I have ever had. The Mexican restaurant Puerto Vallarta next to the lobby was exceptional! We would definitely stay here again. We give it a Five-star rating. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great stay! Pet friendly also, that's a plus!

It was ok and worked for one night. The staff were nice but the hotel has seen much better days.

First impression was that my room still had a hair brush that a previous guest left on the floor. Not a lot of care is taken to cleaning. The attached restaurant is good and convenient. Decent stay, but could be better if they took more interest in maintenance and cleaning.

When I booked the room it showed a king bed, a couch and chair. When we arrived we got a king bed and that was all. We had bikes and wanted to keep them in the room. They then put us in a double queen room and there wasn't any room for the bikes. Then they put us in a king room with a couch but charged us $25.00 extra. There was enough room for our bikes so that was worth it. The other problem was each night we came back to our room our key cards wouldn't work, so we had to go back to the front desk each night to get new room keys.The bed was good and the TV was good. If you don't ask for housekeeping they don't service your room which we found out our second day coming back late to an unmade bed and dirty towels.

Check in was easy and the staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The room was clean and they accommodated our request for a ground level room. The free breakfast was very good and the cook was there to greet us and make sure our needs were taken of.

I stay in Cedar City several times a year for mountain bike races. This by far is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I’ve found. I won’t stay anywhere else. Easy access to everything.

You want too break a hip in the shower, go here!
The bottom part of tubs do not have a slip mate!
All tubs are cast-iron of course...
The shower head is not secured inside the wall as it moves while in use!
The " hot " water is not consistent as it randomly fluctuates from cold to hot while in the shower trying not to slip and fall and break a hip or neck!
The bathroom had dirty towels under the sink on the floor as the house keeping do not double check to remove from.last people!
The carpet had small rocks scattered andwasn't vacuumed!
Cold water from the bathroom faucet was slower than a running garden hose!
Towels for bathroom use was extremely limited for a 2 bed room! So make sure you get more towels!
The price is NOT worth the stay as this is the unexpected ti considering last minute. I rather sleep in a car vs this hotel!
The front desk leads to false advertising with a glorious mask of disguise before you enter a room that comes worse than " Friday The 13th " movie

Property is located close to the interstate making for easy on and off for through travelers. There are plenty of dinning options around to suit your tastes. Also, gas stations and a quaint little coffee cart/trailer in the parking lot.

Run down hotel. Ceiling going into the room has tremendous damage. Grout in the shower dirty. Never staying there again

Had to keep unplugging and plugging in the tv from the direct tv box to get channels and sound. The shower water handle fell off. Luckily i had tools and could repair it so my wife could shower. Curtains had big rips and had stains. Beds were comfortable

This place is a dump. Don’t stay here. The front desk actually has a sign that says “If you ring the bell and no one comes please wait five minutes” and we waited 10. It was 7pm. The whole place is falling apart. Don’t stay here.

This hotel was chosen off of stars, 8.4, I have NO idea how this could be. The hotel is run down and filthy. The furniture looks like a dog has chewed on it for years. The bedding was dirty and bathroom shower so yuck that we couldn’t use it. I would never recommend it.
