Breakfast was amazing!!! Normally when hotels say free breakfast, it's pastries and cereal. Not here. They had a beautiful breakfast with fresh cut fruit included ( not just a banana and apple to choose from)
Staff was great and polite. Front desk had no problem with a late check out because my husband was at Kaiser for a medical procedure and I couldn't pick him up until after lunch. If we ever have to come back to Santa Clara, I will definitly chose this hotel again

We were visiting for our anniversary and the staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions around the area! Loved that the parking was private and super convenient! Overall we had a great stay! Breakfast was good as well with lots of options from cereal to eggs and bacon

Overnight stay only since we had an early morning appointment in the area. Friendly staff. Older hotel but still pleasant. Quiet. Walking distance to restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

I worked at this hotel 30 years ago back when it was called the Woodmark Hotel, and loved how quaint and classy it was. Now that we’ve recently moved out of the area, I really enjoyed staying here. It’s still a beautiful first-class hotel with recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, and everything inside and out was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We had a small issue with our tv, and it was fixed immediately after we informed them. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely be returning.

The accommodations were excellent! The hotel is very clean, and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of options, coffee was delicious. We live quite a ways- away, and I selected this hotel because of a medical procedure my husband was going to be having at Santa Clara Kaiser and this hotel was very close. I would definitely stay here again, definitely recommend. I loved everything about my experience.

Unexpected gem! We were allowed an early check in and the room was new and spotless. No noise at night at all! Breakfast was good, not too crowded. Staff was nice and very polite. Will stay here again.
