filthy throughout other than lobby. overpowering odor in room likely from cleaning products trying to cover other smells. hallways and surrounding areas unkempt, soiled, littered. etc. we left immediately.

Bath tub look disgusting and the shower curtain was ripped, Pillows were hard and difficult to sleep on. There was no TV remote. Was ask to put a $100 deposit on the room in case we did any damage .

Upon arrival to our room that we were initially assigned, the bathroom sink and tub was not clean. There was hair in the sink and tub. We immediately reported this to the front desk. While reporting, housekeeping went back into the room to remove the hair while we were at the front desk. We went back to the room with the housekeeper and she insisted the room was clean. I removed a piece of hair from the tub AFTER we came back to the room. We were assigned another room that was clean. Our stay was HORRIBLE!! There was all kinds of traffic in and out of the hotel past midnight. A LOT of illegal activity in the parking lot, and someone kept propping the side door open, allowing who and God knows what into the hotel not making me feel safe at all! The outside was FILTHY with broken glass in the parking lot, cigarette butts everywhere, dog poop directly out side of the door, and the outside trash cans were full not changed for 2 days of our stay. In addition, there was people wondering the hotel just standing by the elevator on every floor, and wondering the parking lot. The front desk did not welcome us, however the gentleman that checked us in was the only one who greeted us. We stayed there 4 months ago and did not experience any of this then. The upkeep has gone down tremendously in the last few months. The breakfast was terrible, eggs burnt and bacon not fully cooked...the coffee was great. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend anyone to.

The price of the room was quite reasonable. The room was cooled and had very nice pictures on the wall. Bathroom was clean but the toilet was short. We did not have a TV guide but I have an intelligent Hubby who figured it out. One negative though..the tub was dripping.

I stay at this location at least 3 nights a month and my last stay was disappointing. The toilet in my room was clogged around 11:30 pm the second night of my stay and I were told that there were no one on staff available to help my situation. So I were given an option of uncloggin the toilet myself or moving to a lesser desirable room. I chose to take their plunger and do it myself because I didn't want to be farther inconveniences especially when traveling with my guest. I had no plans of paying for a three not stay and doing work of a maintenance man, furthermore, not being compensated for my inconvenience!!!!

Washer and dryer are broken they literally only have 1 of each on the top floor when I went to the front desk they advised me I could walk to a laundry mat with my 3 children on a main hey, gym is broke and by gym I mean every single exercise equipment they have. Staff is BEYOND RUDE

Mostly, this is a nice property, but this checkin there was only ONE cart to put luggage on. I also tried to mark other in the last question to talk about this. It did not work. Loved the choice of Dove products for bath. Hated breakfast options last stay because they were overly carb oriented and what protiens they presented were completely dried tasteless scrambled eggs and dried tasteless sausaged patties. One of three nights stays they served link sausages which had a nice taste, but the other two days, I passed on breakfast there.

We had a few mishaps when we first got there had to switch out rooms 3 times before going back to the room we really liked . I must say the the manager was so very helpful and nice and martha the guest relations girl at the front desk was sooo very helpful and nice. They property is aware of the noise on the first floor with the slamming of the doors because of people going in and out smoking but the good thing is... at least they didnt smoke in rooms i will say the breakfast buffet not fresh at all . And around the eating area was very dirty , other than that the motel personnel were great . They accommodated us whole heartedly and thats why i woukd go back because the staff people are fantastic!!

Rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets and towels exchanged but there were pee stains in the bottom edges of the corners in the bathroom, and the air vents had dust bunnies that were doing dive bombs on us the whole stay. Reeked of weed in and out of building. The staffing was very nice and polite, breakfast tasted like breakfast, over all it's a SOLID 2 star hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel all the pictures on the site are false room 403 i could smell smoke coming from the bathroom vent the curtsins were fallen down rust was on the sling mirror doors in the tub area on the handles on the dressers the water in the shower would not get hot the lil breakfast that they had was horrible the first day i stayed they might as well have sent you to Dennys across the street the carpet was smelly the chair on the room was peeling, this is more of a truckers stop people hanging outside the hotel smoking with their night clothes, there was a yellow safty cone holding the secured door open anyone could come in to hotel tv channels suck the price they are charging is to high for that hotel

I was worried due to the location and the condition of other nearby hotels but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice room. Comfy bed. Great breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating The A/C was going off and on Hot then Cold. It took a little convincing before they provided me with another heater.

Property needed some Repair

Well the ac nor heat didn’t work in the room and I had a child with me..I kept calling the front desk and they said they was sending someone to fix it but never did.they claim the hotel was full

Our room door wouldn't shut all the way, if you closed it you could still push it open. Otherwise everything else was Great. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you.

The phone in room was not connected and there was a person on my floor who was smoking marijuana. But the front desk attendant transferred our room.

It was only for a one night stay, so it was fine. It was close to shopping and eating areas. My main concern and real downside was the cleanliness. There were gummies on the elevator floor that stayed overnight. The sheets weren’t the nicest. There was glass on the floor in the hallway. It didn’t feel nice to be at the hotel, however the staff was friendly.

The room very clean the only problem was the bed was not secure to the floor.

We booked a king size room and got told they didn’t have avaible upon check in and ended up with a double all while the receptionist was more concerned about have conversations with others. The room was decent. The tv mount was looking like it wanted to come out of the wall. There was no hot water more like lukewarm. You could hear everything in the hallway.

I recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always so very nice. The breakfast is good too. I stay here often and have never had any issues.

I loved the staff great customer service great people but the condition of the rooms wasn’t great at all it was very stylish I liked the designs of the rooms but it was average at best and I’m sorry to say that. I had to get my room changed to a different room becuase the first room had damages on the walls and stains in the furniture and just not clean but the second room we switched to was barely any better the walls weren’t all that much cleaner and the carpet was damaged. Great people great customer but not great stay but decent. If the condition of the rooms matched the costumer service this hotel would be top of the line and one of the best hotels in Baltimore

The front desk staff was very professional and treated us to a warm welcome. We love the location and all the nearby restaurants and businesses.
