We enjoyed our 1 night stay and the beds were super comfortable.

For the price was really good could use a bit of maintenance but other than some minor maintenance issues like the tub faucet was loose and spun freely so a bit of a guessing game for showers but all in all would stay again

Had a technical difficulty in that the TV remote didn't work for the first 2 days but they fixed it for the final night. It's quite near a major road so if you're in the back the road noise is almost impossible to drown out. Other than that the place itself was clean and comfortable

We weren’t able to stay because they tried to charge our card. Then they told us to go get cash which we were unable to do and still charged us for the entire stay later on without saying anything or letting us check in. They never called or anything. Last minute we had to find a new hotel and pay even more money.

The battery in the smoke detector needed changed. It was beeping every five minutes. The breakfast was the worst. No juice, no decaf coffee, no muffins. The waffle mix was too watered down to make waffles. So there really was nothing eatable for breakfast.

Got bed bugs. Boyfriend all ate up. Complained to front desk. All they said was we'll have to get an exterminator. No sorry, no refund no nothing, and also when taking a shower it fell apart. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel. Pay a little more for a better hotel. I

I have stayed twice and both times were great experiences we travel a lot due to hospital visits with Norton children’s and it’s only about 15 minutes from the hospital it is our first choice every time!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! Rude customer service. Not enough toiletries in room. Grounds are terrible. And worst of all the owner, a bald older fellow, is rude beyond belief.

Advertised to have smoke-free rooms however, all the rooms smelled like smoke and marijuana. It made it quite unpleasant to be in the rooms. Clothing and items stored in the room smelled of cigarette smoke when we left.

The parking lot looked unsafe and I was afraid my vehicle would be stolen. It took 3 rings of the “doorbell” and several minutes wait for the attendant to check me in. The hallways were filthy. The room door deadbolt wouldn’t latch. I’m glad I made it out of there.

Room we were assigned was close to parking. So that was convenient. Price was reasonable. But some items that could be improved:
Provide guide for TV channels.
Bathroom could be updated.
Repair ice machine.
Fix locks on front door.
More handicap parking spots.

Look in this state is required a deposit $100 or more, I dint know and I book a room but when I arrive at location I find out that I should need cash to pay the deposit And worst the deposit for two rooms was $300 so they told me at from deck, I dint have cash on my so They didn’t give me the room iven the room was full pay they charge me cred card so at end O cut get the room and I’m really disappointed how is so rude stuff they dint explain to me nicely about the deposit really hi asking me the $300 dollars like gangster or something I fell really bad a horrible experience They destroyed my 4th July vacation.

I have stayed here a few times and this time wasn’t like the past. It was really hot in the room took forever for the air conditioning to cool the room off the garbage cans had trash in them still had bugs on the floor, but like I said I have stayed here before and never had it like this before, they just had a bad day when they clean this room

Be sure to call First if you are arriving early, Otherwise, you will be charged for early arrival. Fortunately, I called ahead of time. The hotel was clean and quiet, not upgraded, but adequate. I think there are a couple of coffee houses nearby, but not much more as far as amenities go. The breakfast only consists of waffles and cereal and coffee. There might be some fruit, that's about it. The staff was friendly and polite enough, and the bed was comfortable. The room was affordable, so it was enough for one or two nights.

I was a little put off by how dirty the room was. No one bothered to do basic care like vacuuming the carpet. We were only there 5 hours for sleep, but I would not book again.
