Older hotel but room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub area open 24/7 was nice. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again

The staff and front desk are very friendly! Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent A/C. Morning breakfast at the pool, more than satisfied! It is an older hotel!
Could use a bit of updating. Pool deck needs cleaning from the tree leaves! Pool itself was awesome! But other than that. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel! We stayed six nights and will be back. Met allot of people that have been there many, many times! We are from Vancouver, BC Canada!

The property on the outside is very nice.
The inside, very very dated. If you’re looking for the Best Westerns from back in the day, you will be disappointed. Our front door looked like it had been broken into and they slapped some paint on the damages and added a chain for security. The bathroom had painted over damaged spots and the floors were all scuffed up. The AC unit was hanging on by dear life to the wall with extra glue or stucco. The breakfast was pretty good. The waffle station could have used some non stick spray but good selection of other things. The pool was clean, very chlorinated with plenty of seating and loungers. We left early because the beds and bedding were uncomfortable and to be honest, we just didn’t feel like it was worth sleeping another night in such an odd place. When I asked for a receipt when I dropped off the keys, the attendant at the front stated he couldn’t give me a checkout receipt because I paid through Expedia. He just stated that he’d leave a note in my room file. Very uneasy feeling. Unheard of policy. I took pictures of the wear and tear of the room and will have to post photos on Yelp.

Unfriendly reception lady made us feel unwanted. Great outdoor pool and breakfast area. Rooms are somewhat «shady» but if you get a room at the second floor you will be fine. Good location.

Not a good experience with this property. It’s really average property like motel 6. Don’t expect a lot.

Everything was ok so far. I think, that in near future it needs a complete renewal, not only painting.
Please use than brighter colours, not this dark brown. Than it will look much nicer and modern.

Checkin rep very nice. Room was very clean also entire property. Breakfast was very good. Employees were very nice and helpful and cheerful. Pool and jacuzzi very clean. Room was fair but needed upgrading. Very quiet.

We like everything about the room super clean I love how they already have shampoo conditioner and body wash I was amazed definitely will stay there again love the view the pool I like how there is ways to go for a walk around there

I would not recommend this hotel because of the guests. I was kept up repeatedly by people yelling, banging on doors, making threats, shouting obscenities. It did not feel like a pleasant stay - and was surprising given this is a National chain. The hotel itself is fine in terms of its condition. It was the guests that made it a very poor stay.

I had gotten reservations with 3rd party hotel.com I got the deal for the amount off money I had due to car trouble, I end up sleeping in the car after I paid for the room $142.00 and clerk wanted $100 deposit that I didn’t have The website did not state that I needed deposit.. clerk said it was the best western policy…. She was rude and I end up losing out of $142 the last I had…

Quite disappointed with our stay. Front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. Room was ok... not fantastic. Bed was rock hard and tub was not clean. Towels had big long black hair in them. yuck. Pool was ok, but there is a huge compressor room right by it which went off every few minutes - not very relaxing. No real restaurant options within walking distance. Hallways were dark and gloomy. Old building. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic. Almost made up for the rest of it.... but not quite unfortunely.

there is not one moment of quietness is super noisy you can hear everything from the second floor. There is no insulation whatsoever on the walls. my husband was up all night due to the noise from the second floor.

The reception lady was bit of rude.
I stayed in 224 and my friends family stayed in 225. In 225 bathroom, the bathtub had a blockage.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure (our top two musts!) All staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. Our kids loved the pool. The hot tub looked a little dirty, but it could have been the lighting. The building is just looking a little tired. It’s in need of an overall refresh. Chipped paint, worn carpeting, even just new paint would make a big difference. It definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying again or recommending it to others though!

Stay away .the room that we got had all the bathroom fixture on the verge of collapse or fall out. It was filthy in some parts of shower . My kids had horrible night as th bed wasn’t comfortable.

Good for walking. Near old downtown especially Thursday night “bazaar” closing downtown for all sorts of booths. Dinner exquisite!

Property needs maintainable in paint, tiling and carpet cleaning. Bathroom tiles were loose. Door in bathroom and walls had peeling paint. Carpet looked and smell dirty.

Not what you expect from a Best Western.
Stayed at room 425 and the room smelled so bad. It smelled like smoke, it smelled old and it smelled dirty. The carpet was beyond filthy! I’ve stayed at many best westerns before throughout California and this one definitely did not live up to its name. Felt like I was staying at a Motel 6.
