Great location and hotel. Easy to walk or get a scooter and go to stateline, heavenly or the beach.
Property had a ton of amenities; pool, hot tub, cornhole, fire pits outdoor area to sit and an attached restaurant/bar.

2 night stay , reception staff were nice . Liked the welcome glass of wine on first day of arrival . Room was clean but very dark . Beds were ok , a little lumpy in places . Bathroom clean but also dark .

Location is perfect. Mattresses could use a refresh and the jacuzzi needs to be expanded to fit a few adults simultaneously w/o being on top of each other.

Great location, cute spot. Pool area/loungers could definitely use some cleaning and upkeep. Staff was okay, not super welcoming besides one person. If you’re looking for more of an adult friendly stay I would probably look elsewhere, there were a TON of kids! Overall we would return again.

Great location, walking distance to Harvey’s outdoor Theater, restaurants and bars.
The room was comfortable and had all the amenities. The property has a nice pool , cornhole and fire pits. Coffee and tea in the AM and a restaurant on the grounds, we did not eat there.

I visited this property with my daughter. We enjoyed the peace beauty, easy access to shopping, dining and the beach. We do plan on coming again soon

People very pleasant. Outside amenities nice with pool,jaquizzi ,chaise lounges,fire pits,corn hole game, restaurant next door, complimentary drink and happy hour, and books to use in office. Room lighting inefficient. Dark ceilings and walls. Not enough lighting. Walking distance to downtown

It's a lovely place in beautiful Lake Tahoe, great vibe and some nice modern nods to the retro lodge feel. A bit of inconsistency oddness in the welcome drink policy. Loved the pool and the fire pit. Great place to stay.

Overall wonderful! Close to beach (lake tahoe), hiking trai/park, and restaurants. Lodge came with a pool, work area/lounge in the lobby, free coffee /hot coco. Next door restaurant with balcony was wonderful too for bfast. Only complaint is shower was would not drain and it was a standup shower, was afraid it may flow over to rest of the floor in the room. Did notify the front as i heard other guest reporting same issue at check out...

Staff was very friendly. My room was cozy. There were issues with shower drainage but as soon as I let them know, they addressed it. The area was perfect . Walking distance to the casinos and shopping area. I would stay here again. I loved it

Was a nice place and could walk couple blocks from dining and shops. Has a A restaurant but we chose to walk up to a fun little car show and eat up there somewhere

We needed a place to stay in South Lake for one night, while we had dinner at a friend's cabin. This proved to be a great spot. It is close to all the hustle and bustle, but tucked away, in a quiet spot, with an easy walk to the lake. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious brceakfast the next morning at Toulouse.

Unfortunately your rating as a wonderful is so wrong! Area all around was so dirty. Housekeeping didn’t clean the grounds at all or freshen up. Not sure if Expedia checks but it was truthfully unkept and weathered.

I love this hotel. The only thing that really prevented me from giving 5 stars was the AC system or something about the room had a funky smell, similar to mold.

The pool was nice ! The room was dark, and the carpet had stains it needed to be cleaned and the room had an odor.

I loved the energy of the property. Tons of free parking and super close to so much of South Lake Tahoe. Nice lobby and also fantastic water right from the tap! The only downside was that the staff smoking area was right next to our room, so I initially thought the previous resident was a smoker. WiFi was powerful, too. Overall a great place. I'll return.

Management worried more about wine than the condition and comfort of the rooms. AC out and room phone did not work with no way to contact front desk as when we dialed from cellphone answering machine took calls. Took advantage of price gauging golf tournament with nothing in return. Paid $569 a night for a room with broken AC. Nothing to offer for inconvenience of AC out. Management could care less.

I heard that a pool in that area is rare so the pool was definitely a plus. The location is good because it’s close to a beach and you get a voucher for half off entry to the beach. The room had a fridge but no microwave. There is no daily room service. The room was extremely dark. There was no bright light in the room. This was my first time staying in Tahoe not at a casino so maybe this is to be expected. I wasn’t into the cabin feeling

Walking distance to restaurants, lake, and shops. Bathroom and shower need to be updated. Pool of water on bathroom floor after showering. Staff was quick to fix TV problems and bring towels.

Everything was excellent apart from customer service which was weird.
The lady who checked us in the hotel few hours later we were walking out if the room and asked the same staff is there anywhere we could rent e-bikes. Team member said sorry can’t help you as I already clocked out for today.
In future I would advise to your staff to take uniform off if they don’t want to answer the questions to their customers when they off duty. We had no clue this person clocked out and it didn’t sound good from the brand of the hotel and put us off.

A really great hotel with excellent amenities. Had lovely outdoors seating area with firepit. Pool area looked nice.

Great place ~ love the traditional Tahoe feeling of the place. Perfectly located to everything. Never stayed in the winter, but would accommodate all skiers needs. Everything was perfect honestly. Comfy beds too. Will go back again and again!
