The room was roach infested. The bathroom and shower was disgusting. Mold growing through out. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Checked out of the hotel because of the issues

The staff is AMAZING! We've had to extend our stay a few times and they have been very accommodating. The room is cozy and comfy. Very clean. Breakfast options were delicious. Will definitely recommend!

The hotel worked for the one night I needed, but there were some concerns. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet could really use a deep cleaning. It was also a bit noisy, as it’s right by the road. On a positive note, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. There a few restaurants nearby to include Outback, Chick-Fil-A and McDonalds. Overall, it served its purpose, but and soundproofing could be improved.

The room clearly looked like it’s been recently redone. It was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. I was a bit concerned with the exterior rooms but it felt quite safe and the parking lot seemed well monitored. Breakfast was nicer than I expected with fresh waffles. The bed was noisy but the water pressure was great. It’s not a fancy nice hotel but it was nice for a budget option.

Overall a good trip and hotel stay. Just the wifi was a little shakey at times and didnt have much cable choices. Other than that..nice stay

Told us about a $60 CASH ONLY deposit when nothing was said about any deposits until we got there late in the night after paying everything

It was conveniently located, clean room, easy check in, although I didn’t realize there was a $25 dollar pet fee, Thought that was extreme for the property. Also, the floor above us was up late till after probably 3:00 AM so kind of noisy.

These rooms need updates. Noticed some mold in the bathroom. The A/C wasn't the best. Cleanliness wasn't the best.

This motel was great. Very clean, no smells, quiet and relaxing. They offered breakfast from 6-9am….my only complaint was the bed. I had a King room , and the bed had my body aching. I would suggest a new mattress or at least supply a gel form mattress topper for more comfort. But the overall stay was great. Fast check in! Friendly staff! No loitering from outsiders! No panhandling! I felt safe and will stay again.

This property looks like a construction zone. The pool is covered, walkways cracked or broken tiles, the room was below average, sections appear closed or boarded up and the landscape is unkept.

We booked our room online and goofed up, we booked a smoking room. When we arrived to check in the staff helped us by getting us a non smoking room. They were polite and quick to help us out. The room was sanitized and clean. Comfortable beds, the room had a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast was delicious.

It was a short stay after the concert in Charlotte. The room was clean, price was reasonable. The location is amazing.

very convenient, as it is located next to the highway, very quiet, clean room, comfortable bed, comfort for not much money. I recommend, especially for those who are passing by and need to spend the night ! 😊

The room was clean and comfortable, and would give the staff and management 5 stars as they were friendly and hospitable. However, some of the guests seemed like they were staying a bit more long term and definitely gave off a 2 star hotel vibe. The pool was closed…I was there solo so for a 2 star hotel, it was as good as it could’ve been. I wouldn’t bring my family here though.
