Great location for exploring the city.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful at check in, which was easy and efficient.

We had a fab stay. The staff were so friendly and breakfast was really good. We have stayed here a number of times before and the hotel had all been refurbished and looks great.

Amazing room with prinstine amenties! We stayed very comfortably as a family of 4. The reception guy speaks good English and it is so easy to park, walk around. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. We were able to get our room early and had a vue of la Loire, which was nice. Breakfast was excellent!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to many attractions including Les Machines. The rooms were made up well. The pillows were not very good.

A beautiful hotel just about 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from Grand Elephant ( by walk ). Good rooms . Lovely breakfast and dinner. The best part was the excellent people who man the front desk. Just go for this top notch Hotel.

The boys loved that there was a skatepark just across the road. There was a good variety on the breakfast buffet - but it was difficult to access when busy as everything was within a small area. Beds were comfortable and cosy and so beautiful. A spare pillow would be welcomed in the bedrooms.

The location on the Île de Nantes is ideal to see the city. Althought the hotel has a nice restaurant of it own, there are many small restaurants around and within easy walking distance. I would happily recommend this Novotel it to anyone.

On-site parking is good, and pet friendly. However, we paid extra for pet and for 2 days stay, but room was not cleaned as asked. The breakfast had packaged junk foods mostly. It’s a good hotel though worth stay because basic upkeep is good, and location is good.

Old interior, visible damages in room, tv hanging to one side. Ok clean, basement parking - like a very old 2/3 star hotel. Needs refurbishment to 2020 standards, not sure anything was done since the early 90s. Walking distance from center.

Reception staff were brilliant!!! A few niggles but it was clean everywhere. A clearer indication of what was included in 'Buffet breakfast' and 'City breakfast' would have been helpful. And did I mention that reception staff were brilliant!!! Oh yes, absolutely brilliant!!!

Check out is at midday and we arrived at 3:30 pm to be told that our room wasn’t ready and staff couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. Instead of offering us a drink while we wait or alternative room, the staff just mucked around saying they didn’t know and had to wait for a call from housekeeping. I wanted to purchase breakfast for 4 adults and was told “No”, because our room wasn’t ready. Didn’t bother in the end, their loss. The drains in the bathroom sink and bath were blocked, so filled when running water and having a shower, gross. Location excellent. Walking distance to Les Machines de L’iles and city centre.

Convenient to grocery and pharmacy, and close to public transportation. Parking instructions were confusing as well as the purpose of the gate. Desk was unable to fix an error in billing and let the error stand.

Just an overnight stop en route to the Vendee. A good location overlooking the river and if we had had the time within walking distance of the town centre.
