This was a very clean, updated, and comfortable hotel. I was pleasantly surprised!

It was nice and clean the only negative was the flooring in my room was quite slick (from condensation) or maybe the product they clean with has residue.

Driving home in the tropical storm we where elated to get a break & sleep in a clean comfortable room - breakfast was included in the morning & everything was great

I paid for my room through hotels.com and the hotel charged me again. He couldn’t find my reservation (even after I showed him my confirmation. He acted like he found it but he apparently just gave me a room like I walked in. There seem to be a lot of people living at the hotel. Cleaning staff were super nice, lobby staff couldn't be more rude.

We had three seperate families stay here overnight on our trip south. The rooms were awful. I was shown four rooms because the very first room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, mold and mildew. We had to settle for the best of the worse! Mold and mildew smell throughout. Not sure which rooms they used for the photos but nothing i saw came close. The carpet had that sticky dirty feel. I wore flip flops the entire time. Slept on top of the sheets. The beautiful cabintry shown in the suite photos... old gray painted cabinets that were wet at one point with lots of paint applied. Appliances were old and disgusting. My sister in-laws room, the tv wouldnt work. The maintenance man who barely spoke english, opened the room adjacent and said just use this room too. Not too mention, looked like longterm tenants spending lots of time there. Drinking beer early in the morning working on cars. Not at all what i expected. I should've read the reviews! Lesson learned!

The room was clean but the only lounge chair was in terrible condition with dirty stains and the seat was sagged and seemed broken.
The breakfast was much less than similar moderately priced motels.
The pool was under construction. It looked like it may never be back in repair.
The double lock on our door would not latch.
All in all, I would NOT recommend.

The rooms were very clean and neat. I had no problem staying at your hotel and would like to use it again. My problem was we’re tired and traveling from New Jersey for a funeral. Saturday night when we return to the rooms we took showers and went to bed. We were waken up with kids upstairs in the rooms above us running and jumping playing at 1:00 in the morning above us. My suggestion is when people are getting rooms with a lot of kids please put them on the bottom floor and not above over people head’s with no kids. Next time I will ask to be moved or give me my money back so I can go somewhere else to rest. Thank you.

You could hear people arguing through the walls and slamming doors, must be a long term stay for homeless people. People hanging outside. Light coming from outside through the crack of the door. I will not stay again. One night was enough

I stayed from July 22-July 27 in a suite in Bldg. 3. The room was mediocre, mini microwave, fridge, and sink. Queen bed and King bed as shown Biggest problem is that our room wrecked of smoke (from cigarettes). There is a “No Smoking Sign” on the main dresser drawer, but I don’t think folks were following it! Housekeeping, lackluster which is ok, we did our own thing. Housekeeping staff did give us towels as requested. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, my mom kept de-magnetizing our key and had to go back to front desk for new keys, and front desk staff was so kind.

The property owner was a complete JERK! Lectured me about not buying from Expedia because they charge him a fee to sell the room. Breakfast was a complete joke. 1 hot omelette left and no meat options we were there rather early to the lobby. Hot water was like warm at best. I would rather sleep in my car than to stay in this DUMP for another night.

Staff were friendly and cleaned my room but the property itself needs updating/thorough cleaning and maintenance. The lobby area looked outstanding compared to the rest of the property.
Bathroom floor and bed full of long, straight black hair (I have locs). I brought my own cleaning supplies and bedding. The outside of the property you saw cigarette buts on the ground, people had spit on the steps, spider webs and dirty walls, steps. Overall average room for the price.

The manager was disrespectful. The had no sheets to replace their old ones or towels. The lundry room was nasty as hell dirt in every corner. Breaken washer and dryer

The rooms were in three different buildings which is fine but there was a man in a motorized wheelchair that followed us down to our building/room and then hung around. Workers had their boots outside all their rooms and woke to leave really early and noisily. Not the best area so did not safe leaving the room without my husband. There was a mop and dust rag on our table in the room. Definitely needs an overhaul.

The description said there was a pull out couch, however there wasn't. When I questioned hotel mgmt they said that they told Hotels.com a year ago to change the description.

Not a horrible hotel. Fairly clean. One rude lady at the desk when checking out. But other staff were great. It advertised having a pool but the pool obviously hasnt been open in years

Very clean, new bedding, conveniently located off I-95. Friendly and helpful office and housekeeping staff. Stand-up shower with shatter-proof glass next to commode, with sink area separate. In previous stays the room had coffee maker and packets of ground coffee, but no longer. Shade for window instead of clumsy curtains, which is an improvement. Limited choices for food and other amenities.

Well this was definitely one to remember...the refrigerator wasn't working right - definitely needed to be defrosted and made a weird, loud noise all night. There were several leftover bars of used soap from previous guests in the shower and most exciting of all, I had a visitor in the middle of the night that decided my goody bag should be his...I spent an hour trying to chase and/or trap a mouse in the room before I gave up and packed up and left

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was minimal, since some items (eggs and sausage) were gone by 7:30 am and never refilled. Staff was very slow to come to registration counter - making you wonder if they are understaffed in the morning.

The team at the front desk we're very courteous and polite.
The room I was in smelled of dirty feet. (Even after I sprayed carpet freshener on it). I did find a live roach. The floors were very thin, so you could hear the neighbor above stomping around every night, which made it hard to sleep. I went to bed around 8:00 pm every night because I had to get up ar 4:00 am 6 days a week.
Needless to say, I will not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good nights sleep.
