When checking in found out that the room I had reserved which was 2 queen beds had been given away and they only had a king room and we had 4 people in our group. The only thing the reception girl would stay was sorry not much else we can do this is the only room available. Then our room was next to the maids room and they had Mexican music blaring at 6:00 in the morning when called to the front desk to complain was told they would take care of but never did.

It was a nice hotel in a convenient location. Our room was clean and comfortable and I slept really well. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

This place was nice yeah the room i was in basically all the lights were burnt out. Plus there was no free breakfast which expedia said there was, It was decent at best. Spacious rooms comfortably beds.

The room wasn’t vacuumed. The shower/tub didn’t drain well standing water which is gross. We could hear the people next door. They were up all night making noises that another person doesn’t want to hear. They also had a dog in their room which barked in middle of night and they had to yell at to be quiet which kept us up. We specifically asked not to be near anyone who had an animal. Lastly when we checked out the front desk didn’t even ask how our our room was and when I told the woman she said “well you booked with a third party”. Really, that’s horrible customer service. I am posting on trip advisor and yelp about this hotel so others know not to stay here and this wasn’t even the least expensive place to stay in the town.

We got over charged by over double for what we booked our room for and nobody will over a refund or take responsibility for the mistake. Don’t stay here.

Front seat and house keeping were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed, because it was Sunday night, but the full menu was available in the bar. Bartender was super nice and friendly. The outside looks a little older but the inside is very nice. We will probably only stay here when in Gillette.

All staff was very friendly and helpful! Dining room connected to hotel was very convenient. An employee even took me to the airport at 4:30 am!!

We needed a quick place to sleep for the night. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes

The shower head needs replacement. The flow was poor and sprayed all over.
Beds were fine, but some of the pillows had seen better days.

Property was large, and hard to find room. Pretty worn and dated. Also, I was charged more than Expedia’s advertised price.

Deceiving pictures. Old, cleanliness wasn’t a priority and our paid breakfast at the restaurant was the worst I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again.

there seemed to be a teen party at the pool....we would not let our kids use the pool due to numerous unknown age (most looked under 21) drinking alcohol. when we woke up, there were at least 5 empty 24s of beer lying around as well as food. I recommend not staying there if you have kids.

The only thing is I didn’t get the type of room I reserved. I reserved a king bed but got two queens. But other than that it was good!

Was a really good place to rest just for the night .The people upstairs were noisy most of the time but everything else was amazing

Booked a room, and they wouldn’t let me check in early. It was the middle of the night and i had nowhere else to go so I kept driving. Then I tried to reschedule my booking, and they wouldn’t allow that either. All in all I ended up losing $85 because they also wouldn’t refund me.

I booked non smoking and was given smoking. AC unit did not work at all. Didn’t even turn on. Had to move rooms. Did not feel comfortable without my dog to protect me. Area seems unsafe. Dirty bedding and dirty floors. Was charged extra for some tea Ron reason AFTER I left. Just unacceptable for living conditions

Very nice front desk was ready and prepared. Room was not what we booked though. Stopper in bathtub didnt work. No vanity to get ready. No security features at oitside doors.
