This was a very nice place to stay. I like that it was not on the main strip, there was plenty of parking. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beds were a little too firm for me and the heat & air unit was very loud. Very good continental breakfast, nice indoor pool, excellent staff. All the staff we encountered were more than helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. The room was clean. Bed and bedding were great. Bathroom was perfect. Shower tub enclosure was a full enclosure ceiling, sides, and tub which is why it was crystal clean. Bathroom lavatory had a shelf on to top of the backsplash right under the mirror which allowed you to place your toiletries on the shelf and not the lavatop. Mini fridge and microwave was perfect. The sauna and indoor whirlpool and pool were great after a long day of walking. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was dark and dingy. Bathroom was gross and moldy. It just didn’t seem fresh. Breakfast was good! Staff were friendly. Pool was good! Location was good. But would not stay here again.

The location was good and the room was pretty much as expected. Have to say the pillows were awful. Hard as rocks so maybe a caveman would appreciate these. The breakfast was pretty good and that area was very clean and updated. Only the eggs were so so. The rest of the food was good. We might stay there again but bring our own pillows!

Stayed in Branson 3 days. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast, pool area clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Had some cleanliness concerns upon check-in, and the front desk addressed these while we were away at dinner. Very kind and accommodating staff! In general, the building feels a bit aged and the cleanliness / age shows in many ways (ie., bathrooms, sinks with poor drainage, icky upkeep in pool and hot tub area. We slept great, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast was wonderful. This hotel is just a few blocks away from the bussling bits of Country Blvd which makes it easy to get in and out of. Altogether this was a comfortable stay.

Off the main strip no traffic, room was quiet, indoor pool was excellent, loved the pillow top mattress. The fitness room could use an upgrade, cramped and not user friendly. Overall we had a great time highly recommend this hotel!

It was a nice property for the price. Breakfast was good. Didnt utilize the pool but look cleaned and nice. Only thing is the place isnt as updated. I also rented a crib for the weekend and it was very used, dirty, uncleaned so i used the extra bedsheets to line the mattress and sides of the pack and play (my baby licks everything) and it was very dirty.

Fantastic stay over 3 nights. Staff was great. New beds. Comfy room. Pool, hot tub and sauna was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. We will be back! Joined the reward program!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even if we were just passing staff in the hallway they would say Good morning or have a conversation with us. They were all exceptional. The hot breakfast was really good as well. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy were all a hit! The pool and hot tub were nice. The suana needs an update, it was just an electric heater in a room. My hotel room floor was in desperate need to be shampooed. The bed was creaking often. The bathroom layout was small. The door would hit me if i was on the toilet. I should've asked for a new room probably but I wasnt there for the room I was there for the amenities and location. Overall highly recommend and will stay again!

Beds were decwnt and room was clean, internet was not good at all, hot tub was overly heated and jets were useless, breakfast was good, but for the cost of this room, I believed it would of been better and that I could have gotten batter at this price point. Hotel should review and adjust pricing other hotels in the area had better values.

We were very pleased with the service and appearance of this hotel. It was conveniently located to the many attractions that we attended. The breakfast was excellent in the choices we had to pick from. The dining room was clean. The staff was pleasant and was friendly. We will definitely use this hotel the next time we come back to Branson.

It was a last minute booking and the night manager was so helpful, efficient and polite. All the staff were friendly and helpful with what ever you needed. The room was spacious and clean. zbefs were little hard for my preference but doable. Loved the option of just getting clean towels daily and trash emptied. Definitely stay again. The grandkids liked the pool and arcade. We never ate the breakfast, so can’t say about that- but coffee was hot.

Property was clean, quiet, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious! I had read some of the negative reviews before traveling and was a little nervous. We were very happy with our stay. Pool and hot tub worked and area was very clean. We had a request for housekeeping and they were very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit this property again.

They had us on the 4th floor and when we checked in and got to our room the AC was set on 60, cool and high. We thought maybe it was just cooling down. It never cooled down. Room was never cold. We were very hot through the night. We reported it the next morning to the front desk in which she stated she would have maintenance check it out. After returning from a day of adventure it was still set on 60 and not cold. We asked if maintenance came and they said yes and we let them know it was still not right. So for another night we sweated through the night and we were not comfortable. Would not recommend during the summer time!

This is our second stay at this hotel. The first one so great this one was not as great. As always the staff here is super friendly and so accommodating which is the best part of the stay. Our issue was simply due to the room cleaning. We checked light housekeeping upon check-in but often we would have to go ask for clean towels, wash rags and toilet paper. I would have assumed light housekeeping at least meant cleaning the bathroom but maybe that is not included. We enjoy this hotel but if bathroom cleaning is not included anymore we will not return.

The staff were warm and kind but the overall build was sketchy. We were on 3rd floor, we were provided clean towels and trash pickup over 3 days, staff always said hello. The hot water was scalding, like over 140°, this was potential hazard to our two kids. Vending machines were hit or miss, eventually gave up and went to gas station. Drainage issues, toilets took x3-4 as long to go through drain cycle and we had water sit in tub during shower, took several minutes to drain (~10 minutes). Poor thermostat for AC, practically ran 24/7, could not detect room temp was comfortable, constant adjustment. Pool was fine, noticed a bandaid in the same spot over two days though. Breakfast was ok, would have enjoyed bacon but thats preference. For price, will not be coming back, rather spend a tad more for extra conveniences or just save my money.

I couldn't stay here. The room was dirty, smelly and damp. I asked to change rooms and the lady was very nice and gave me a different room.
That room was smelly, dirty, towels were dirty, shampoo and conditioner were empty bottles.
I explained the problem with the new room to the lady at the desk who was nice but at this point i just wanted to get my money back and go to a clean hotel.
I had to call orbitz which was not easy to reach a person on the phone, but did eventually have my money refunded and found a better hotel down the street.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was not too bad. The usual motel food. This facility had a great indoor pool, spa, and sauna area! The mattress on the bed was too hard for us. You can’t please everyone. The location was great. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay on a return visit.
