The front desk person was not polite, warm or helpful. While she wasn’t rude, she didn’t make me feel welcome. Basic check-in details, like showing me where the elevator was or providing directions to my room, were completely overlooked. She didn’t use courteous phrases like ‘please’ or ‘thank you,’ and I wasn’t informed about the parking charge at all. Overall, the interaction felt transactional rather than customer-friendly. I wish I could remember her name as I feel some people are not suited for some types of jobs but I do not remember. I travel a lot and have experience some great, ok, disappointing, and bad costumer service. This fits into the disappointing bucket. For that, I will not return to this property.

Location to Des Plaines Theatre

Easy walk to Allstate Arena. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi which made a long night. No ESPN either.

Very poor breakfast options, noisy AC units in rooms. The whole place needs modernization. Parking should be free, annoying that we had to pay extra for this.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. It is pretty far from downtown but I nice place to stay.

I have stayed with this location in the past several times each stay has been pleasant. I booked an accessible room on this trip as I was traveling with a physically challenged family member, the only thing accessible in this room was that the bathroom could accommodate a wheelchair turn radius, no walk-in shower the staff offered a shower chair which would help, not even an ADA compliant toilet. So, I am not sure how this qualifies as an Accessible room, the staff did offer to move rooms for us, but they only had a single king available. My other issue is if they are going to charge a fee for guest to park overnight this stay was a multi night stay the parking should be adequate for the number of rooms and they need to maintain the parking lots again I was traveling with a family member with physical limitations especially when there is a fee charged to park every night that you stay certainly generates a nice cash flow, I also wish that the staff checking visitors in would have shared the additional fee/charge I don't mind paying just like to be fully informed.

It said there was breakfast included and we didn’t get any breakfast they wanted to us to pay for the ticket to get our breakfast. For the future maybe not put breakfast included.

The rooms here are large, well-maintained, and the cleaning staff works hard to keep them comfortable. The shower really impressed me as surprisingly strong. A major downside is the lack of walk ability to nearby restaurants, shopping and the arena. Everyone was running across roads because there's no crosswalks.

Convenience to airport .

Easy to find- quiet rooms - walkable to all state arena. Breakfast was delicious!

Hotel and room was clean. Check in was a breeze and it was a literal 5 min walk away from All State Arena. Long Horn steakhouse is right next door and its across the street from Target, Ross and other restaurants. We were able to go to the concert, eat and walk home while people were still tring to get out of the parking. I say thats a win!

My only suggestion is to bring microwaves back the rooms!

we went to check in and the person who checked us in gave no information about my stay. just took my card and sent me off to my room. i wasn’t told about check out or the breakfast. so i was very disappointed with the service that i had.

Property handy to airport - noisy with corridor noise and people coming and going. On the plus side - getting to city shuttle to airport - train to town and back - airport shuttle to hotel. Probably wouldnt stay there again but when you fly in at midnight its handy

We went for a concert in the Allstate Arena. It has an amazing location. You can walk everywhere. Totally recommended.

Never booking again. It had bed bugs and we did not sleep at all we spent the night on chairs.

Overall, not bad, but for a VIP access property, pretty lacking.

There was no power, no hot water. And we flew in from California for a reunion and could not take. A hot shower before the event and there were no Incentives given.

The bathroom was really small and needs updating. Other than that, we had a nice time.

I ordered a package to the hotel and I called to ensure that they had it. However, when I showed up, it was nowhere to be found. Other than that, good stay.

The staff were less than friendly. They offered no assistance when approached with a question. You have to straddle the toilet in order to shut the bathroom door. Both of the lamps in our room were broken. Overall, I did not feel welcomed, and we decided to check out a day early despite having paid for two nights and go to a different hotel

We had some minor issues that came up BUT the staff was extremely friedly & curtious & were quick to make things right. I would definitely stay here again
