Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly staff. The bar area where they serve food and the morning breakfast was clean and well stocked. The bartender from dinner the nighter before carefully bagged the food and explained which containers it was in and why. Very above and beyond establishment

Pros- at first glance seems quite eloquent. Piano playing, large/comforyable seating area, large facility, WONDERFUL fitness room, 2 pools, comfortable beds, soft linens, ballrooms, salon.
Cons- don't look to closely. Needs painting, general upkeep, walls chipped, peeling, dispensers rusty, wallpaper not clean, laundry/ice machine rooms dingy, no hot tub, PAPER THIN WALLS (can heat your neighbors conversations clear as well as any kids screaming), no breakfast (but to be fair, they do tell you that at time of purchase), lack of options at market (i just wanted a diet pop) no vending machine. Housekeeping comes knocking EARLY (0800 or first morning)

Only complaint was service in the restaurant. 1st night we had wonderful service from the bartender. 2nd night it was slightly busier, but there was also another person working and drinks were never checked on, nothing after delivering food. We had to ask 2 times for check.

Reserved a handicap room and had to go down stairs and all the way down a dark dingy hallway to find a musty smelling, outdated room that was not handicap accessible. Bars on the tub was what that was. I had my elderly mom with and she had to walk all the way down to the end of a very long hallway that smelled like weed. Do better holiday inn

My bathroom sink didn’t drain. I learned this after I washed my hands at night. The toilet ran all through the night and the shower dripped constantly. You could hear a lot of road noise so the windows were not at all sound proof. I was never asked about my stay when I left. I generally like Holiday Inn but wouldn’t stay at this one again.

The room itself was absolutely amazing. The only thing I could pick on was the wall paper walking to the room was starting to peel off and a couple of room numbers were falling off. But other than that, the bathrooms were amazing, the room was spacious for a hotel room and the pool was amazing.

They advertised as having an indoor and an outdoor pool. There is no outdoor pool at this time. Only an indoor pool, which was nice. But not what was advertised and we had some disappointed kids and adults. No complaints about the rest of the hotel. Did not use the restaurant for any meal. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean!

Checked in late and my poor lobby personnel was new and it takes a while to check in. That was circumstantial. The room was fine, but the elevators were improperly marked and the iceachine was very dirty.

The hotel is nice but has hidden issues with maintenance. We arrived the day after a heavy rainfall. The main lounge or bar area had waterfall leaks through the roof and ceiling from the storm. Being new owners, they are finding these issues the hard way. Much is under repair. Our room was clean and tidy but we were booked beside the steps so whenever someone open the firedoor it sounded like they were coming in our room.

The hotel is EXTREMELY outdated. Shouldve been torn down 20 years ago. I came to spend a day by yhe pool while my husband attended a conference and it was not open....Nowhere on website did it state the fact.

The room was fine. Comfortable bed. Easy to adjust room temp. The Sports Bar was horrible, but my server was nice.
The ceiling must be leaking as there were waste paper backets and garbage cans scattered throughout the lobby/meeting area.

After a long drive we decided to stay in a hotel (last minute) this hotel was an excellent choice, customer service was excellent (they also have bilingual staff) the staff were very friendly and helpful, also I added my pet fee at the counter and they were very nice and polite. The staff was nice and friendly to my dog. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was spacious and clean.

The rooms are outdated and we found them be comfortable, but we went to the pool area and their dark areas all over the concrete, where kind of a greasy filmy might probably needed a good cleaning and bleach. I made sure it wasn’t just a stain all over in the pool areas, other than that, everything was pretty good staying there

The attendant book my room for only one night and my booking on line was for couple nights so when I went back on my second night my room was occupied with another person could not stay at that place I had to go around and get another hotel at 11pm I’m wondering if they overbooked bommer 😡

The exercise room was excellent! My boys worked out with the weights and cardio machines. The breakfast was not so great. I had my husband and my 14 years old twins, and we could only get 2 adults breakfasts. After 11 years old, there are counted an adults. We had to pay for a complementary breakfast.

Workout room had no towels or way to wipe down equipment. Also, I picked up a couple of waters (basic) at the front desk, found out later they were $4 each! Charging stadium prices at a Holiday inn, there should be a couple complimentary waters in the room.
