Close to the venue, good restaurant next door, staff very nice and helpful

It’s comfortable, quiet and the AC wasn’t obnoxiously loud

Less than avg neighborhood. Had I had my family with this time, I would have gone elsewhere.

Hotel building is old, could hear sound of someone door open and closing. Refrigerator size is little small not good for families who is traveling with children but nice indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was very good with serving time for 3 hours. Freeway route 5 is only 2mins to get in.

Shower temp sucks. Turned cold and scalding hot in shower. Beds were firm and comfortable. Pool was deep and fun to swim. Breakfast was yummy. Nice stay!

The pillows were lumpy, but room was very clean.

We enjoyedvour stay and breakfast was great aswell as the staff. The rokm was clean just what we need to a quick rest.

Better than average in the hotel/motel class. Good sized room although I didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom, right after the entryway. Including a microwave in the room was useful. There is a vending machine for soft drinks and ice on the second floor. Breakfast was a good selection of egg, waffles, yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, etc. The location is not particularly great, if you are expecting to go for a walk or want to eat out or shop nearby, within walking distance. Not an issue if you are driving. There seems to be adequate parking, with a small handful in the front and some spots around the property.

The floor need a repair.

The place is very peaceful. My kids love the heated indoor pool. Their free breakfast is also good. The location is very convenient to stores and freeways. Wouldn’t mind going back. Thank you.

pleasant stay, centrally located for our needs. We did have a neighbor upstairs with a child running around the room at 1:00 am and mom yelling at him to stop it... no judgement, maybe the kid had a disability.

CONS: SMALL/closet sized bathroom with a door that didn't quite fit and with BLACK MOLD behind entire toilet tank/on ceiling/ingrained in bathtub bar/tub drains. Toilet was NOT secured/glued to the floor and wobbled when you sat on it. Cracked bathroom tile. Poor bathroom air ventilation. DIRTY bathroom walls with urine/poop/boogers flicked on it. UNEVEN room floor that squeaked when walked on (like a trailer floor). DIRTY threadbare carpet, had rips in it by the sink, with suspicious blood colored stains. ROOM DOOR was crooked and off center, you could fit fingers underneath it to the hallway. STAINS on walls if you look closely. THREADBARE blankets. HARD but clean bed with fluffy pillows. NOT enough outlets for guest use or any surge protectors. Key card didn't work the second day and had it changed twice, didn't work the third day and had it fixed before check out. PROS: CLEAN linen. Clean sink area. Decent sized tv/fridge. Moderate size breakfast in a very clean breakfast area served at 6:00 am. FRIENDLY cleaning staff/kitchen staff. Inaccurate reviews/descriptions/ratings convinced me this was the best hotel in town, however it was one of the worst I've ever been in and needs desperate renovations.

Don’t let the “outdatedness” of this property scare you. It’s extremely clean, the staff are outstanding, and the location is quiet and convenient. The breakfast was really nice. My absolute must is clean; this breaks high standards in cleanliness.

Nice staff. Basic , clean

Nice room with comfy beds. Room was a kitchen and very well maintained. Hotel carpets are old and look very used. Front staff was friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff and very accomodating, the best breakfast hotel in town. Ashley the manager is so great and knows how to satisfied valued customer. We will stay there again someday.

I was charged $30 on my card for possible additional Incidental charges I might incur. I was told it would be refunded within 2 business days of my stay. I have not seen it returned to my account.

I stayed at this location for a business trip last June and was treated so well that I booked it again now in November

Friendly staff and large room

Property was dirty and smelly. There was no elevator to get to second floor where our room was placed.

The parking lot is sooo small. There wasn’t an elevator. Check-in was easy and guy was nice. Breakfast has to go containers-that is such a great idea!!

Overall this hotel is good. It’s dated but the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was good as well. I’d stay there again. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep as we were down for a baseball tournament so th a room served it’s purpose.
