Great stay

Rooms are in need of serious maintenance. Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Pictures of the room not reflective of actual room. Toilet has yellow stains and ac was very loud. Receptionist has no personality or people skills. If u gonna hold a $100 deposit because we may damage or steal something at least go chexk the room before we leave. The deposit is not returned immediately as stated. Bar waiter guys are awesome, food was good.

Overall it was a decent enough stay. Location was excellent! Room was average - we booked a bed plus a sofa bed (for our daughter), which we had to setup ourselves… no bedding had even been provided! Staff seemed shocked that I had asked them to setup the bed - even went as far to say “well obviously you have to set it up”. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do this in any hotel I’ve stayed in… not a huge deal, but a bit lacking in service. AC in room was pretty average too, especially in the height of summer. Overall hotel condition was a little shabby but fine. Lift broke down whilst we were in it which was a little scary, and when I told the receptionist the lift was broken (after getting out), she just said “well if you’re not comfortable using the lift the use the stairs…”! She didn’t seem to understand it was broken! Decent free parking onsite which is handy. Pool seemed good too (we didn’t use it). Overall I would say a decent enough place to sleep whilst exploring Naples during the day. Probably wouldn’t return though.

Newly remodelled rooms......very clean and very affordable when one considers the location, the tiki bar and restaurant on the water.......walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was reasonably prized and they offered breakfast Sunday morning when Hurricane Debby approached

Great location

Room was very small and ‘simple’. No desk or space to sit to do my hair and makeup. Floor had sand on it from previous stay. The hotel location was excellent as was the bar area. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I liked everything

The Staff was very courteous. The location of the Inn is great. But the property as well as the rooms are a little out dated. A little upkeep and the property would be amazing!

Shower floor.. very slippery

The location was awesome. We were able to walk to Tin City and walk around the Bay. The view from the room was amazing. The only problem was one of our two windows was clouded over and we could not see through it. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly. A server brought me a drink poolside. The jacuzzi was nice and hot. The live entertainment was a fabulous singer/guitarist. No sneaky charges for parking or resort fees. Highly recommend and would return

My air conditioner was not working in the room when we got there they changed three times during our stay. The bathroom has mold on the rim of the showers. We had no microwave of anything. There was no fan available either when our AC was not working extremely uncomfortable and unhappy With their service… honestly, the only nice people were the maintenance gentlemen and the housekeeping woman that helped us… other than that extremely unhappy with the hotel and the service

My biggest issue was the shower water pressure and shower head. Horrible .

Amazing experience, clean and nice people, lots of options for food even right down stairs! If you want to hit the beach, they let you use towels and chairs with no additional costs !!! Wonderful bar and food as well !

The property is very nice, centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the hotel to the restaurant patio. Staff is constantly cleaning.

It was nice and cheap

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The pricing was moderate considering its location on the water, the views from the bay-facing rooms, the lovely outdoor waterside bar/restaurant, and the two reusable bottles of water included in the room. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only negatives were lack of a desk/table to work on and the small bathroom counter space.

Very nice place, close to everything

Enjoyed our stay at Bayfront Inn. The view of the Bay from our room was spectacular. Room was cleaned every day. Food was delicious with nice presentation. Lots of shops and restaurants within short walking distance. Much quieter and less people than staying at the resorts on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Biggest issue is that as a VIP hotel, they did not offer the VIP amenities. We had to go back to reception and request them. When we asked, they told us we could either have the free drinks or the room upgrade not both. They seemed almost hesitant to provide anything.
