It was nice to see the renovations done to the hotel since I was last home to visit. The breakfast was good, and the service was nice and friendly.
The room we had was clean, but the windows were not sealed the greatest. There were beetles getting in through the weather strip.
There was a fridge in the room however it was placed in the bedroom when there was plenty of space to have it in the living area. The fridge was very loud, so I had to move it out of the bedroom myself.
The bed was a king size but at first, I honestly couldn't tell if it was a mattress or a box spring it was so hard.
Lastly there were lots of people hanging outside in the parking lot that were staying at the hotel, and they were quite loud. It would have been nice if the hotel staff paid attention to this to ensure other people were not disturbed in their rooms.

This was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it! All the staff we encountered there were super nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was big, had a patio door that we could drive up to to transfer luggage. The bathroom looked very new with walk-in shower and grab bars. They have hot breakfast with several choices and a coin laundry for guests. The cost was surprisingly low.

We had a great experience the suite was awesome .. loved the shower .. great breakfast.. all staff were very nice and Brandon who worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly .. will definitely stay there again .. oh and I could walk to Dairy Queen lol

The sheets had dirty smudges on them that could be wiped easily with my hand, therefore these sheets werent washed unkess the cleaners jumped between the sheets with dirty shoes when making the bed. Overall that was my only issue.

The hotel is very clean, new and has spacious, well appointed rooms. The staff who checked us in and took care of us was Paul and he was very efficient, very helpful and polite. He made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay again at this hotel whenever I need to sleep over in Miramichi.

Location was very good, very close to downtown and some fast food restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The room could use a lamp or something to light the sitting area instead of only the ceiling fixtures which all come on with one switch. Breakfast was good also. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean but seems maintenance is not highest priority. Elevator had tape holding panel on wall. The Air Conditioning in room would turn stop putting out cool air when iced up. Staff checked and told me this. I had to keep getting up and turning it off ever 1hr through night and open windows. It was hot at times. In morning staff checked and told me it must be kept at one setting to avoid frosting up. Isn't this something that should be fixed? For cost a new air Conditioner with no issues should be installed.
