The room was clean. The shower and bathroom were very clean and fully stocked. I was very happy with my stay.

Only disappointing thing was check in time.
We have stayed here for business for the last 8 years.
I have always been able to ck in a bit early as I need to get ready for work. They would not even let me ck in at 2:00, which was disappointing.

Place was nice. Had an indoor gym, pool, and hot tub. Staff was friendly. There was an IHOP inside which was convenient.

The hotel has a little bit of a musty smell but overall is clean. Pool was in the middle of a walkway to the rooms, which is awkward at first but easy to see my child and the chlorine smell is not as strong as compared to isolated pool. We had a storm during the night and the glass roof over the pool where the walkway area is started leaking. I liked that IHOP is connected to the hotel.

Very underrated location. I stayed here before and the place is always nice. The worst thing I could say is the ice machine was broken but then the manager went to IHOP next door and got me a bucket of ice!

We arrived at 4:05 and the hostess was checking in a guest. They had 4 rooms and they were checking if the rooms were cleaned(Check in is 4:00) They waited and it took awhile for them to check. When it was finally our turn she had to check if ours was clean. This took longer as well.When we got to our room and were relaxing and using the bathroom the door opened. We found out later it was housekeeping checking if the room was done. I felt unsafe at that point because that never happened ever before anywhere.We went to the game and came back and the tv didn't work. The pool is only open until 9pm on a Saturday night.So no TV, no pool. Ridiculous. The next morning the shower never got hot enough so we took lukewarm showers. And the hallways smelled like pot which did not impress me at all.(And we were on the 1st floor) The only plus is the IHOP on property with good food and a bar.

No continental breakfast even though they advertise it. Front desk said they haven’t had for a long time so not sure why they still advertise it. Lots of people hanging around outside even had one ask me if I could get them a room. Glad husband was with me or I would have never checked in as didn’t seem safe.

When I checked in at 10:00pm, They told me they had no water, no running elevator. After caring my suitcase up the steps and getting into my room, I walked into a room that had not been cleaned, at all.
Carried my luggage back down the stairs, and had to do it all over again. No compensation whatsoever.

The hotel is currently going under some big renovations so its not quite as cozy as it seems online. One of the elevators was out of service but we were told that upon check in and it was only a slight inconvenience. Our only complaint was some REALLY loud neighbors but that was not the hotels fault. We did utilize the pool, common areas, and having IHop in the lobby was convenient!

Checked in late, 11:40 pm. Was hot and tired from the long day, staff was friendly, efficient and polite. Room was clean, in good shape, spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff was ver kind. We didn’t have any hot water to take showers in the morning. We all took cold showers. The hair dryer did not work well either. The room was fairly clean but was very humid in there and had a slight musty smell. The area with the pool had a nice lounge area but had buckets on the floor to catch water from the leaky roof.

Bedding was dirty and smelly, the room smelled too, the hot tub out of order, pool was cloudy and disgusting, paint chipping off the stairs. We checked in around 4:30 and left to find another hotel by 5:00, couldn’t talk to anyone because no one was at the front desk, so we had to just put the key in the box. Very disappointing and unfortunate I couldn’t get a refund.

Attached IHOP dining and location of facilities, in regards to being close to the zoo and brewer stadium was nice.
Check-in was horrible, we are IHG reward members and had requested an early check-in time if possible, got there 1 1/2 hours early and didn't get checked in until nearly 5, front desk/check-in staff were not helpful at all, and actually rude (not just on arrival, but all 3 days that we stayed). We were in a suite with 2 adults and 4 children, only got 2 towels per day, (the housekeeping staff did bring more after we asked them directly, as the front staff never relayed our requests. No pillows, sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, which we had to wipe food crumbs out of when opened. The room was only cleaned once after several requests, and we took our garbage out of our room daily on our own. Very disappointed overall.

Check in was smooth. The ihop was attached. The room was clean. The unusual was that all the drawers and doors (microwave and fridge) were open.
The hot tub was down. The pool was full of kids attending a birthday party. We never heard them in the room. Overall good

Lovely location for my work and very economical. The hot tub was closed for repairs. One elevator is out. There is water or HVAC damage and the pool area is under construction. Great fitness room.

This hotel was a disaster. When we arrived at 3:30 to check in, we were told that they were "checking" to see if the room (with 2 Queen beds) was ready. She tried to get us to take a King bed but since our grandson was supposed to be staying with us for the night, we needed 2 beds. We also had paid extra for 2 Queen beds. While we were waiting we heard other people checking in being told that they had double booked and there were no Queen beds available. We then decided to reluctantly take the King bed and cancel our plans for our grandson to stay over. Next problem was that the elevator was broken. We finally decided to haul all of our bags up the stairs to our room. The pool was nice but the hottub was not functioning. We are expecting some sort of refund for this horrible experience. Thank you

We quiet and cleaning. Majority of the staff very friendly and helpful. Did not always have hot water this was our really only biggest problem beside being double charged which I’m still waiting for this to be resolved
