We stay here every year for the local dog show and they are very accommodating.
It's a little tired as far as hotels go but quiet and clean and always good service.

Other people staying in hotel were noisy and banging on doors. This made it’s frustrating and as result made me score it low.

This was for business; This was the worst stay at a hotel yet. Had issues with the a/c not working or not shutting off. Staff would not move us to a working room. Now the worst part. Bugs.... Advised hotel staff on the bug issue, their excuse: It's getting colder, so the bugs move in.. Well I don't pay for bugs. Even killed a bug on the counter, come in the after room service and the dead bug was still there in the same location, never cleaned off. Well this says a lot about the cleanliness of your room. I had to know what else they didn't clean. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.... Hotel would not reimburse for any of the remainder of the stay.

The front desk staff upon arrival was fantastic, super friendly and extremely accommodating as I had a sleeping child to bring in, (she was going to go out of her way to run down to open the door closest to our room).

We were in Brantford for a concert and needed an affordable place to stay. Was nervous being on the ground floor with sliding doors and beside an exit but surprisingly was very quiet.

So I chose this hotel because it’s pet friendly when I checked in I checked in alone and with my pets the woman at the front desk put me in a room on the second level and than my deposit was kept because of a mistake they made so basically comfort inn broke thier rules a regulations than blamed it on me and robbed me for my money

The staff were nice.
The room smelled like wet dog. We had to open the windows and turn the AC on high and leave for a couple of hours hoping that would help the smell. It did not. The bathroom was not clean. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks and there were hairs all over the tub. Some of the sheets had stains on them. The floors in the stair wells and ice machine area were sticky.

Poor customer service and terrible communication with staff and house keeper for me checking out an hour later which I told the day before. I felt as if I was getting forced to leave and am surprised how unprofessional this place can be.

Just a stop on a big vacation, and we are glad we found this place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room. Great location in a town with a lot to offer. We enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with the Comfort Inn. We felt that we had too many meal options and of course the Symposium attached to the Inn was convenient also. A hop and a skip to the highway for us to get to the Canadian Open was awesome. We were also pleasantly surprised at how nice and quiet it was. For the price, it was a really good three nights.

Excellent location, right off 403 exit so simple to reach and then get back on. Staff helpful. I left my laptop charger in the room and they retrieved it for me, averting disaster. I'm a grateful guest.
