Mold in bathroom on ceiling and wall in tub area roaches on door, table and chair

There was roaches in my room and mold in my coffee pot.

When we get to the room the TV and phone were not working. I went to front desk and informed the receptionist. I was told at first that the maintenance guy is not here wait until he comes. I told him we’re staying here for one night does it mean we won’t have TV and phone service. I got back to my room. After a while the maintenance guy came and fixed the TV only.

This place was infested with roaches really really bad. I was killing 5 at a rime and everywhere i turned there were more. We were supposed to stay for a week and by 3am on the first night i almost slept in the car. I couldn't bring my clothes in or shower because they were in the shower and coming out of the a/c vents. Ive never stayed at a place that disgusting. They also charged us for the entire week on the first noght we were there so i had to deal with waiting for a fedund and come to find out, hotels are not allowed to charge you for nights you haven't stayed yet. I will never set foot in the parking lot again. It was horrid.

There was blood on the safety latch as if someone had been trying to get in and fli the latch. Made us uncomfortable for the night. So dirty comforter and towels.

The motel was nice, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I wish there was more washing linen.

Its was the worst hotel ive ever been. It is severly infested with roaches. They did not change the bedding. Im not certain that they even have a washing machine to wash things. I felt bad for the maids staff because they had no cleaning products. We couldn't even bring our clothes into the room out of fear from the investation of bugs. No exaggerating! Roaches crawling out of everything everywhere!

Roaches crawling on walls, switched to another room for there to be stains on bed linens and burn marks as well.

Hotel might be older but it was updated recently. Our bed was very comfortable. Was able to check in a little early.

I was in town for just one night, but found the hotel both affordable and well-maintained. There was some wear and tear in the room, but nothing to really spoil my stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-maintained and the location, although right next to a very busy highway, was relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I had no trouble checking in or out. If I ever return to the area, I'm pretty sure I will stay at this Red Roof again.

Noisy guests in next door

I was a guest for a week. The room seemed to be recently renovated. Pretty clean, the A/C worked great. The bed was comfortable. I was grateful for the microwave and refrigerator in my room. Thank you to houskeeping for refreshing the coffee supplies, clean towels and bed linens everyday. My only complaints would be.... That there wasn't a guest laundry facility available and continental breakfast wasn't offered. But overall good place to saty.

Dated, but very clean & comfortable

The facility was clean and parking lot was well lite. Shower water was as warm- hot as one would like. Soap and shampoo was provided by dispenser. Ours were not located conveniently. The microwave was located too low to see the labels on the controller in the room at night. There was only one luggage carrier and one chair in the room. Should have minimum of two. There was no food provide for snack or breakfast at the facility

Easy parking, plenty of places to eat! LVP flooring: feels so clean to walk on, AC worked great, bed comfortable...Fresh coffee & yougurt in the AM this is our go to stopover when we go south!

Very kind and helpful

Actually a nice motel. Short drive to many restaurants. Clean, fridge, microwave, even an iron, everything you could need for a short stay. Room is very small but recently updated. Floors are wood vinyl-ish so no fear of things lurking in carpet. It was a bit noisy at night. A guest had tv on full volume literally all night. Ear plugs? It is a pet friendly hotel but I don’t know what they do between stays. If you are allergic you might want to ask. Found best price through hotels. Com. Be prepared to pay $50 damage deposit even if you don’t have a pet. Crested back to card the next day. This may be the latest hotel add on charge as when we got to our destination others said they had encountered it. Remember to assure you get the credit or pay in cash so you can get it when you check out.

Bed bugs did not stay. They scurried everywhere when I turned down the sheet.

Very small bathroom - not sure a person of any size could even close door. Pillows had hair on them.
