Worst hotel experience ever

My number 138 has roaches and the bed has burn cigarette holes in the sheets

Horrible to say the least, the room smelled like cat/dog the beds looked someone had already slept in them ended up going to another hotel, needless to say I lost my money, still fighting with the bank to get my money back…just horrible.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been. Don't even know how it pass inspection. To much dirty and a lot cockroaches. Don't recommend at all.

Linen was dirty, bed sheets were dirty,toilet paper was in the floor,the shower curtain was dirty.

Roaches!!! Tub didn’t drain and was filthy

Dirty room with paint chipping, blood stains on the sheets but I always bring my own sheets. Broken drug pipe under the bed, i told the staff and left for hours, the pipe was still there when i returned.

My stay was terrible dead roaches all over the bed and floor , blood on pillow cases dirty sheets . A roach went in my sons (11 years old) ears my 87 year old disabled grandfather had roaches crawling on his face .

The room was misrepresented and in such bad condition I chose not to stay

The rooms weren’t terrible. We made due. But this was definitely a catfish. Make sure you check google reviews

Advertised beautiful pics when in reality it is digusting and looks like the hood.

Completely disgusting stains on the ceiling stains on the bed sheets bugs everywhere just disgusting.

Check in was a horrible experience. The lady was friendly and doing her job but the process was literally the worst thing EVER. She made me go look at the rooms before I could check in because she said I would be unable to change it afterwards.. So I proceeded to walk around the building, only to find the room to have LARGE HOLES IN THE BED. I told her of this, she had me go look at another room (I had to walk around the building again.. this room the tv did not work.. I checked in anyway being super tired. The room had roaches in it. The toilet literally blocked the bathroom door from closing (it literally would not close, i do not even know the purpose of the door) the floor was dirty and the room smelled. The whole experience was comical) please note: I would definitely NOT STAY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN ALONE! Very unsafe and I was in a group of four. Be careful. Definitely spend the money and go somewhere else! Hotels.com should take this off it’s website….

No clean sheets, towels, filthy floor, rusted bathroom, non working toilette, front desk limited hours, bad area ...what else

This place is infested with roaches, seen 1 before I went to bed, killed it of course, then woke up to 3 on the night standby my phone and 1 on the dresser. The bed is extremely soft and the pillows are just pillowcases with cotton balls stuffed inside. The towels are basically sandpaper but will get you dry. Tv remote kind of worked for changing the station and volume, but you had to hold the button on the bottom of the tv to turn it off. Wont be staying here again, should have paid the extra $20 and stayed across the street.

Got there and there was a deposit required and the front staff were nasty. Then when i tried to check out they were closed and i couldn’t get my deposit

I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying here! Room wasn’t clean, mold in the bathroom, beds felt wet. The only good thing was, the front desk staff was friendly.

Sheets were dirty food on the floor, chicken food in the fridge. I have pictures and videos of everything worst hotel I’ve ever stayed and I would not have them on Expedia.

All bad

I checked in, stayed for less then 1 hour, checked out. The room had roaches, bathroom light was broken, and hanging, room was filthy. There was about 20 people, most likely homeless, with their belongings lined up next to doors to go into rooms. I felt vey unsafe! I went to the front desk and was told I had to deal with it, even the roaches per the lady at the front desk. I called Expedia and they said to go to the hotel and file a complaint, which I did and asked the Manager to call me, never did.

Old, run down and should be demolished. NO SERVICE or amenities. Renovation is the term being used. FALSE! It trash and attracts shady activities.

When staff wants you to look at room to see if it is acceptable before you check in....drive away...unfortunately was booked thru expedia so rooms was non refundable. Cant believe this place is even open.

Arrived last night after i booked and paid online and was told there were no rooms available because the staff didnt clean the room properly and didn't have any others. Very inconvenient! Im sure i wont be able to receive my refund either

2 stars would be generous. My husband has never walked out of a hotel before but did not stay in the room 10 minutes. His skin was crawling as soon as he entered the room. No visible bed bugs on the sheets, but cockroaches moving under the mattress and around the room. His “non-smoking” room had definitely been smoked in, and recently. Unfortunately we booked earlier that day and probably won’t get a refund even though he did not stay in the room. I cannot recommend this place at all unless there is literally a Cat 4 hurricane over your head and there isn’t anywhere else to go.

Room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoking, bathroom door was off the hinges and didn’t shut, the paint peeling and ac was leaking

Rude staff, filthy floors, moldy bathroom, terrible bed, flat pillows. I would have left immediately but I am a disabled veteran and couldn't afford something better!

This was horrible place to stay it was so dirty the door inside room can connect to next room I feel unsafe plus blanket and pillows smell so bad and Plus I found cockroaches I could not sleep at night ! It was awful experience never again picture on app so pretty and clean but when I got room it wasn’t like that

Room was in poor state (ceiling peeling, sink rusting, AC did not cool down too well, hot water was sporadic, leaking after it rained and saw a large roach).

The place was run down and there were holes in the walls. The only positive thing here was the employees I interacted with were kind and courteous.

Well for starters they didn't not one time have house keeping and another they gave me 1 towel for two people and guess it's in a good area cause every hour the cops was riding in there
