2 night stay was great for me, husband found the bed too soft and low water pressure in shower and sink. Enjoyed the breakfast. Margie checked in on us and Alison helped find a cell phone forgotten in the room when we checked out. Quickly too!
Definitely will consider another stay in Colchester during the summer, if the new President will allow Canadians to visit.

Friendly staff, I liked the little extras at breakfast that made it slightly better than a typical Hampton Inn breakfast. I appreciated the wide stairways and the wide space in the breakfast area. Conveniently located to I-89. Nearby restaurants were limited.

We were only there for one night. I was unaware there was a mountain view. I wish I had taken the time to explore the hotel. There was a low pitch humming sound in the room the entire stay. I didn't make the front desk aware. They may have been able to address it.

Beds are container and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Bathroom mirror needs to be cleaned. Pool area has water drainage problem on tile which was left for hours making the area slippery and disgusting.

This was the most run down room i have ever seen. Water marks on the wall, toliet seat was barely attached, wallpaper all ripped and perling off. Window shade had holes torn in it. Toliet paper holder was broke. Fridge still had items in it from previous person. Very, very, very dated and had a weird smell. Then the bugs- little hard shelled bugs in the bathroom. The check in experience was typical - snotty desk person just like last time. I have stayed here many many times ij the past and each time i say never again. I really think this truly was my never again stay. And it was one of the most expensive stays I have had also. NOT WORTH the money AT ALL.

All things considered, it was an average room. The property is showing its age and could use a facelift. The breakfast was same day in and day out. A lot of furniture in the room showed signs of pet activity such as scratches. I found a cricket jumping across my bed one day and a spider that ran in the corner of the room. These things were a surprise to me as it didn't seem to be of the Hampton Quality in other cities that I am used to and expected.

The room was overall outdated. Bathroom was clean and new but bed area was in definite need of overhaul. Old, dirty rugs. Stained ceiling. Room smelled like cigarette smoke but was supposed to be non smoking. I awoke with migraine and ended up checking out day early due to poor air quality and how it made me feel. ( was supposed to be 2 nights).
The staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was clean and women servicing the breakfast pleasant and helpful.

Check in was smooth. Lobby is very clean. Room is very clean and the cool AC setting felt comfortable. Breakfast was well above standard for a hotel included breakfast. Lots of choices and every choice was awesome. This was my second stay in as many years and is always improving. Keep it up!

Great room for sleeping, etc. Insufficient parking for size of hotel, and not enough handicap only spaces near door. Breakfast so-so, get rid of that premade omelet and fake eggs, get some real eggs and how about the type of European meats cheeses, nice fresh breads and rolls? Also I appreciate the need for limited housekeeping, but when I asked for more towels and they said they put them in the room which they did, I did expect them to pick up the pile of dirty ones off the floor and take it with them. They were piled neatly right by the door.
