The view was amazing. But little things were not done. Coffee in room was cheap and bad. The pull out sofa was horrible. And only 1 elevator for 15 floors . Is that even legal? Only 1 place to get coffee-to go- and only 1 girl serving. And you want over $8 for a small cup. Ridiculous. So not classy.

Customer service was terrible. We were there during hurricane Debi and their customer service was terrible. Their valet staff was the only highlight!

LaPlaya resort is a gorgeous property and situated around the ocean! We loved the Tiki Bar and dining at Baleen is excellent! Drinks are pricey but with the view makes that thought go away quickly. Thank you Claude for your hospitality. What a wonderful stay!

While we booked our trip during rainy season, it did not interrupt anything. The private beach was so amazing! The staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the best trips we've taken.

Not managed well had to wait for a very long period of time to check in rooms or not ready Bloom was terrible view tried to move to another room lots of loud music playing everywhere and no peace on the beach front the rooms had beds up to the doors on Illinois and you had to squeeze past them just to get out we checked out right away couldn't find our luggage we had cold medication and it was warm by the time that everything was brought to our car never would stay again.....

Quiet property. Nothing to do or activities after 8 pm.Restaurants and bars inside and outdoor close earlier than stated at the hotel. Pools close early. Bed bugs found in our bed. We got multiple bites and left a day early.

The resort is extremely awesome!!! But I don’t know why the parking is an extra and is really expensive, if you are paying for staying there! And you don’t have option to parking in other sites more accesible! Is more expensive the parking than the food… I don’t get it

Very very expensive. Food and alcohol are very expensive here. For being a beach resort the tiki bar closed at 8:00 pm everyday even on the weekend. The inside bar closed at 10:00.

It was not very crowded. It was like having your own luxury resort as far as the 4 pools and the ocean to yourself. The beach view room in the beach house was awesome. The beach is literally right there. Cool white sand literally 50 yards into the Gulf and it's still powdery soft. Stayed from 5/6/24-5/12/24, 90 plus degrees and not a drop of rain the whole time, just amazing place.

We have been going to Naples, Florida for the past 15 years, this by far is the best hotel. The staff is very helpful and always pleasant. The front desk cannot do enough for you. The beach is beautiful, pools are great. 15 minute drive to Naples 5th Ave. Am going to stay again. Thanks LaPlaya!

We have mixed feelings about this place… the beach is beautiful, plenty of pools if you have kids, and room service is great and responsive, however, we didn’t get the best service around the pool- we had to go to the bar ourselves to order food and drinks because it could be an hour before any of the staff checked on us for orders/ more drinks. The cocktails were really bad and watery we couldn’t taste the alcohol. Food was good but not 5 star level and worth that much money. Our expectations were not met

We were charged for mini bar items that we didn’t touch. Really difficult to reach anyone at the resort over the phone. After I talked to the receptionist, nothing was changed.
