We stayed one night on a trip through Pennsylvania. This hotel was a delightful surprise. The staff was welcoming efficient and friendly. Someone enjoys their workplace enough to have added fun seasonal decorations. . The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a bar/restaurant attached that provided us a great meal at a reasonable price. We would stay here again.

The property is much need of an update. The staff was great and are doing their best to make up for the run down facility. The food selection was ok. Also, having the smoking area right as you walk into the hotel is a turn off. Lastly, I couldn’t find anything on the website that disclosed this was a dog friendly hotel.

I was given a room key , went to the room and it was musty.
Went back to the front desk( the man was very acomidating)
Gave me another room , and the rug had a large stain/burn
I was not staying there!

The staff were super helpful, and agreeable. The building and the furnishings are older, but they are in the process of renovations and replacement and it will be amazing. We had a large group with lots of kids so breakfast and laundry facilities were most useful.

The hotel staff were very nice. We just needed a place to stay for an evening for an early morning vet appointment so it was great they were pet friendly. The hotel was clean, a little outdated but for the price and what we needed, it was perfect. Also great water pressure in the showers!

My experience was good. The only thing i was not happy with was the room smelled of cigarettes. Being a non smoker this bothered me. This might be because right outside my window was a picnic table where people come to smoke. All the air for my room comes from this area. You might want to take that in consideration for non smokers. Or anyone who wants fresh air in their room.
The breakfast was very good and offered alot of options. I only stayed one night but i had a good experience. Thanks.

Room was less desirable, one of the worst we ever have been to. Although we we were told it was a smokeless room as soon as entered a stench of smoke was so horrible we went back to the reception desk and we were told the whole facility is smoke free. Couldn't sleep whole night. Never again booking with hotel.com or comfort inn brand. We want out money back

Room was unsatisfactory. Pictures were off the wall with patches visible and the worst part was the gross brown stained mattress cover. We decided to leave and find another place to stay.
