The service was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the food provided was adequate. The Internet, however, was too slow to stream any video on my phone or laptop.

Well maintained and somewhat kitchy hotel that looks like it was designed in thr 1970. But, it was lovely and in beautiful condition with very friendly staff. I got a room with a kitchenette that was a welcome and surprise upgrade. The hotel has good parking and is on the edge of the city center. Ill very likely be staying there again.

The customer service was amazing. Jim and Andrea were fantastic. Contacted us with a problem with our reservation (which was out of their control) and made it a point to make us happy. The day of the reservation our original room became available and we were able to keep the comp room. They allowed for our late check out and the wheelchair accessible room was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay there again. Oh.. and the complimentary breakfast was awesome!

The entire hotel experience at this Best Western is amazing. On my last night, I asked the clerk, Shedora, how do I check out for a very early flight at 5am. After she gave me the info, she was concerned I would miss their amazing breakfast. She offered to go to the kitchen and bring me a couple things to keep in my fridge for the morning. She brought me hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, fruit. I was so impressed with her customer service. I was in Morristown to visit my dad who is passing away so it was hard enough on me and Shedora’s small act of kindness was so appreciated!

I was there to visit my dad in the local hospital and I was able to check in early to drop off my bags and then go . Breakfast was as amazing as the check in woman said. All staff very friendly,

This place is maintained, staffed, and run perfectly. The only request that I would have is if the staff would find another time to vacuum the conference rooms and hallway than during the breakfast time which is served adjacent to those spaces. Rather disruptive.

On May 21, 2024, at 2:37 am, I arrive with my father. The older gentleman at the front desk opened our door when we arrived at the hotel. He was very friendly and explained everything about the hotel and breakfast options. I forgot his name, but he needs a raise. The hotel was super nice. It has clean sheets clean towels, and rooms are huge.

A quaint hotel located in Morristown on South street. The hotel could use some updating but they provide a comfortable and clean room with a freshly made breakfast. They also have 2 Tesla chargers for electric car drivers
