It was nice to have an outdoor pool to use. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the TV remote-volume wasn’t working so we were given another one but only the volume worked on that remote. It was odd but it was fine, the front desk staff offered to fix it but I declined as it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again.

This is an old hotel with partially remodeled rooms. Tiny elevators x2. Parking is tough during hours the restaurant is open as they share. Old property. Room door security questionable.

Great spot across from campus. Staff is so friendly, hotel is clean and fresh. Rooms are good sized and comfortable beds with nice coffee makers and fridge in rooms to make stay more like home. Breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh with goos selection of hot and cold items.

Delightful experience on a college football weekend in Manhattan. Centrally located, within walking distance to campus, Aggieville and the football stadium. Adjoining restaurant was really good for dinner and the drinks were great. Very spacious room and very quiet.

I could not check in early , I was out of town with a sick child and I needed an overnight checkin at 2 in the morning I was told that I could not checkin until 3pm. Thus I had to pay for a room at the desk. I called your service desk call an automated text line and chatted with your representative said I had to settle with Holiday inn and Holliday Inn said I had to settle with you. Thus that night I paid for two reservations one at the desk that I could check in with my sick child and one that I paid to you online that I could not use until later in that same day at 3pm by that time I would be headed back home and would not need that room. To add insult to injury my child died at 5 that morning. Scammers will never use Expedia ever again.

This is the second time we reserved a jaccuzzi tub and gat a room where it didnt work. Whole reason why we reserved it. And miraculously, both times, the hotel doesnt have any left ecen though the website shows it does.

It was conveniently located to where I needed to go for my event. The only negative was that there was some miscommunication about needing transportation from the airport to the hotel. I was told incorrectly that no transportation was available so booked an ride

The hotel is old but the location was great for the training that we attended at K-State. The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant located at the hotel (Houlihan's) was also fantastic.

The attached restaurant was dirty and poor service. We had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets on one of our beds. The front desk attendant was apologetic and switched our room right away, but from the comments she was making on the phone to me it sounded like there were many poor housekeeping issues going on this day.

My room was not clean. I had hair in my bed along with some black stuff. My tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed, we wore flip flops in their. I put some food in the fridge. Went to get it out the next day and it was bad because the fridge did not work. My daughter was excited because there is a pool, it was closed for maintenance but we were never informed that before booking. The walls are paper thin between rooms. I could hear everything our neighbors were saying, talking in a normal tone. The location is however great! Close to campus and Aggieville.
