Within the first hour of being in the room, my husband smashed the first cockroach of the stay. More to follow. The walls were paper thin. The bathroom was so small one could barely turn around in it. You had to step into the shower to open the door to get out. Hilton is tarnishing its brand by offering this hotel as part of its collective.

The property itself was converted from an older hotel but was tastefully renovated. Our room was very comfortable and the service from the front desk as well as breakfast area was great. Considering the price of neighbouring hotels it was the most affordable option but definitely does not have the frills of other hotels. Breakfast bagel bar is fine for a few days but it gets old pretty quickly. Overall, it was good for our needs as we just needed a place to sleep.

Neighbors were very loud, but it was so late that it was too much to try to change rooms. Staff was wonderful. Overall value for the money was fair..It wasn’t worth the $152 I paid for the night. It was basically a clean motel room not what I expected and no microwave available either.

I stayed at the hotel on a Sunday night for a Monday morning business meeting. Big party by the pool kept me awake. I was on the 4th floor and heard everything. I had to call the front desk twice before someone went outside to break up the party.

I think it needs to be very clear: this is a converted Best Western property under the Hilton umbrella. It was very no-frills, which is fine but not really in line with the cost. Front Desk staff was great with checking us in at a late hour. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the room.
The actual room itself was very motel-like, with a loud air conditioning unit embedded into the wall and paper-thin walls. Housekeeping came by and tidied up, but the beds were not reset to a high quality (pillows were thrown onto the bed, not fluffed, sheets looked thrown on).
Again, the stay was fine for our purposes, but I likely wouldn't re-book.

I can’t for the life of me understand why you took out a coffee maker in the room. If that wasn’t bad enough, you are now “Proudly Serving” FOLGERS COFFEE! Ugh! I bring my own Starbucks Instant and was super upset that I had to leave my room to get the hot water to make it.
Also, your breakfast stinks. No bananas? Red delicious apples the only fruit. Cereal and bagels. Where are the scrambled eggs?
Also, you def changed things in the rooms but there isn’t enough room in between the bed and the furniture at the end of the bed. Finally, the shower is hell to turn on and off.

Had a great experience at the Spark after the double hurricanes hit in the area. Everything you could possibly want or need is here. Pool, hot tub, poolside bar with happy hour, music on the weekend, firepit and great location to Siesta Key right over the bridge. We loved our stay and all that was close by to visit and eat. Our bartender Lisa was so nice and fun to relax with for the evening by the poolside bar. Clean rooms, great beds and service and couldn’t be any happier with our stay.

I was a late night check in. Came to Florida to deal with clean up at my villa which had been flooded and had no power or water. It was easy to check in and the staff person was helpful in finding a good late nite place to eat. The room was ready and clean and easy to access.

I like the stay and everything but the only think that I did not like was the breakfast, they say that they provide the breakfast but basically it was just cereal no eggs no pancakes so that’s the only think that I didn’t like because if I new that from the star I wouldn’t stay in there.

We enjoyed our first stay here, and really can’t wait to come back. The staff was great, room was updated and very clean. No smells at all. The beach is 1 1/2 miles away, and there are a lot of good restaurants close by.

Unfortunately I left my toilet treat bag with all my stuff, I went to the property twice looking for it and it was nowhere to be found. I cannot believe that a lost and found item was not giving to an appropriate manager to be returned to the owner. All I was told was "we have temporary associates helping in housekeeping" what is that even mean when it comes to making sure the guest valuables will not be stolen if left behind by mistake?
I will not recommend this hotel or the Spark brand, very disappointed; is making Hilton look bad.

Very nice hotel, costumer service was great, nice and clean , breakfast was nice, they offer you yogurt, milk, oat milk, bagels, fruit, muffins, tea, orange juice and coffee 24/7 all you need to start your day, I’m not gonna complain cause they didn’t have any eggs, I really recommend this place
