The hotel is in the perfect location and very modern The rooftop bar was fantastic

This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave at 0600 the next morning so we didn't have time for breakfast the second morning. We tried to take some apples after breakfast the first day so we had something to eat on the second morning, but the breakfast manager was very rude and just kept saying "no". We paid for breakfast, sir!!! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience. The train and subway station is right across Garibaldi Square and you can easily walk up into the incredibly vibrant little streets of Napoli!! Please don't be afraid of visiting Naples. It is crowded and noisy and dirty by the train station, but so incredibly beautiful everywhere else and we never felt unsafe.

Central location right by the train station. Everyone was SO helpful. Breakfast was top notch and when it came time to leave for the airport they arranged a taxi for us with a fixed price :) perfect place to stay

The 6th time we’ve stayed at Una so we like it. Right opposite station and bus to airport. Great rooms and fab roof terrace where you can have spritz or open air meal. Only negative thing was no kettle or glasses in our room which would have been appreciate

Nice city hotel. On a very noisy street but the shutters were pretty effective. Very good restaurant with good, friendly service.

Excellent Place to explore the city and get reliable taxis from. Having a meal on the rooftop terrace was sublime.Pity the bells didn’t chime as in Other places in Italy. Reception was very helpful in ordering me taxis ,always giving me a welcome.As a solo traveler this means so much.

For this price client deserve more like a coffee machine on the room not only one bottle 500ml of water

Location ia great in terms of being close to a lot of things but surroundings are not suit to be late at night, hotel was great and the service was excellent. Would have loved to have more optiona for breakfast since the 3 times was the same

Really enjoyed our stay. Right across from the train station and close to the main port/ferry terminal. Quiet room and lovely breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.

Lovely spacious room with balcony

Good position, easy check in, room was clean, not too much noise (some traffic). Nice restaurant and breakfast options with a great view of the city and Vesuvius. Bed was a little uncomfortable with only one pillow each. Cleaning staff had entered the room to leave an ironing board despite a “do not disturb” sign being hung on the door, which didn’t feel okay. This is the reason for 4/5 overall. Staff was helpful in ordering a taxi upon departure.

Excellent hotel, in a less desirable area. Upgraded room with huge windows, offering much sunlight. Excellent shower and bathroom. Dinner and breakfast was awesome, their rooftop restaurant offers panoramic views of Mount Vesuvius and the city. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner and sunset. Breakfast was outstanding too, so many gluten-free options and fresh items. Naples by the train station is a rougher area, but this hotel is excellent and convenient.

Nice staff, room nice, area awful and felt unsafe outside hotel, filthy dirty area outside hotel, not hotels fault at all. Sirens going all night and very noisy, I would not stay this part of town again not hotels fault. Very disappointed with Naples, very unsafe, smelly, dirty only safe haven was inside hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop deck was great for morning cappuccinos and evening cocktails. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The front desk was helpful in securing transportation for us and even remembered our names. Would totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Naples
