Tiny rooms and unhelpful staff

It may not look very fancy from the outside, but this hotel definitely has a warm and welcoming vibe once you set foot inside. We were traveling south with our two cats, and our room couldn't have been more comfortable! Very clean room, well-designed bathroom, plenty of counter space in the bathroom and in the sleeping area, plenty of room for luggage storage, and a comfortable bed. It's a long walk into the city center from this hotel, but it's a flat walk through areas that appeared safe. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again, and not just for one night. Gated parking lot has ample spaces, and the free wifi was strong. (Did not eat at the restaurant on site, did not use the pool.)

Parfait, rien à redire personnel agréable hôtel propre et chambre avec literie très confortable super oreillers. Le petit déjeuner est très varié il y en a pour tous les goûts. Ils viennent même d’installer des bornes de recharges pour les véhicules électriques. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. Plusieurs hôtels essayés sur Nîmes nous reviendrons à celui la si nous revenons sur Nîmes.

Hôtel correct, malgré que pour un 3* l'on est pas droit au mini frigo et plateau, voir même une bouteille d'eau. Personnel de nettoyage discret et faisant très bien son travail. Dommage qu'il est fallu que l'Office de tourisme nous apprenne qu'il y avait un partenariat entre l'hôtel et la ville (pour des ristournes sur les visites, appel de l'Office a l'hôtel, les managers n'ayant pas lu les notes). Dommage aussi que le service restauration soit fermé le week end. Bon séjours, même si les couloirs sont bruyants, les portes de chambres sont claquées jour et nuit mais on ne peut pas éduquer tout le monde!!!

An average hotel overall. The check in staff are friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a place to stay overnight especially when you have a car, this is a place you can consider. We booked the hotel at the last minute so the price we paid is not worth it in my view. Anyway this is a small basic hotel and do not expect anything other than a place to spend a night.

La climatisation n'était pas en service. Il faisait relativement chaud dans la chambre, donc difficile de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte du fait du bruit et de la luminosité à l'extérieur.

Very kind and helpful staff, the rooms are quite small but clean. The exterior of the hotel needs a bit of refurbishment tho.

Room smaller than expected but clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets.

I have used this hotel a number of times, it’s a useful stop on the way to Barcelona with Nimes itself worth looking around. Plenty of parking, shops within walking distance and a small pool for summer.

Very clean and the service was great. Good bar for evening drinks to meet people. Pool cold in October but not too cold you can't swim. Room was large enough and the cost was good. Easy to find with restaurants in walking distance.

Although the room was clean the bed was lumpy and pillows not comfortable. Check in was efficient no problems. The main issue was the terrible food served in the restaurant. We paid over €30 for a frozen pizza which was burnt on one side and a glass of wine each. No one questioned when clearing plates mine left uneaten. Next time we will pay a little more and stay at a NOVOTEL

The location was commercial, but most of them are. The staff was outstanding—very accommodating and friendly. The room was very small, but adequate. The bathroom had more shelf space than usual and was clean. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was small, the hotel has ONE elevator only (for Guest and staff!), not good value for the money! However, staff was friendly and helpful

Room is basic but has all you need, but close vicinity of the HUGE road gives you the smell and the sound. And its horrible.

The first view is a tiny and beautiful swimming pool of vacation feeling. Kind staffs and nice check in experience.

This hotel was great for an overnight en route stop. Just off the motorway. Gated secure parking in hotel grounds. Really good breakfast to set you on your way.

We was not told because of building work inside the hotel the bar and restaurant was closed as we had travelled 800 miles this was a problem and we paid taxes twice which also happened the last time we stayed is this hotel

The city of Nimes is not the neatest of places to visit, despite its rich heritage, and this hotel, although run rather nicely by a very friendly and helpful staff, is nothing to write home about. It's old and needs complete renovation. The grounds are not taken care of, and the pool - a boon in hot weather - is not cleaned very often. The area is overdeveloped and overcrowded with hotels and businesses, and lots of traffic. Walking to the city is not possible.

The hotel staff were very nice. The location was ok if you need the motorway. I would describe the hotel as very dated, and could be compared easily to a retirement home. The lift was broken on arrival, and we were on the 2nd floor....the gentleman who checked us in did not offer my wife help with her luggage which was a little disappointing. The internet speed was terrible.....even for basic web browsing. And you also only get free 'internet' for 24 hours. The biggest shock was the price of the breakfast....€9 per person!!!! I thought the guy was joking, but he wasn't. €9!!!!!! The Parking felt secure as it was gated. Overall ok, but could be a lot better if the breakfast was not stupidly priced, it was slightly modernised, and the internet was brought into the 21st century.

Good value for money however we didn't eat at the restaurant which seemed expensive for what it was. We at locally at Best Western restaurant. Room was good as was free parking. Pool was brilliant in the hot weather we experienced.
