Staff was absolutely amazing! Wish I had found this hotel on my prior visits to Dayton. Would 100% recommend!

The room was clean but definitely needs some refurbishing. Wear & tear is showing. Also had a handicap room but would not to be able to be used by someone wheelchair bound. (Which I am not). Had a tub shower with grab bars on inside wall but none where you would need on the outside as you step over the tub. Reception desk said upgrades to entire hotel were going to be started very shortly.
Location was great for me as I was there to check out a nearby rental that I own.

We had 3 rooms. They all smelled really bad. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but it seems they haven't cleaned the smell of cigarettes out of the rooms since smoking was allowed. We are back in Carson City a week later and staying somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly. The casino was fun and the restaurant was good. The hotel though is very run down and not the cleanest. Especially the carpets. Stains everywhere. Bed not comfortable. Really needs some updating. I can see they try but overall not great. Also i was itching when in the room. No visible bugs, maybe an allergy to something, but not a great night.

I stayed 3 nights but the hotel did not clean the room and locked the door when i went out. I have to ask them to unlock the door everyday when i return to the room.

A nice , clean hotel. The all common areas were update and clean , the staff was very helpful and kind, we got complimentary drinks so we redeem that at the bar in the casino and we have a great time playing on the slots.
Rooms were good, just the carpet look old and run down but everything else was good, no extra charges .
We didn’t have time to have a meal but there is the Black Bear dinner next to the lobby.

I wasn't sure what to expect but very pleased with the room. Nice sized frig with freezer space and even a microwave and coffee pot. Beds were wonderful. Nitnoids were only one service of room (in 3 days) and first day bathtub was slippery, had not properly rinsed all the soap. The casino was very smokey but no real complaint on the room, would stay again.

Is a decent hotel, is just old, the carpet dirty. I have to wait for the front desk lady for a while, I have to walk all around I finally ask the lady’s in the cashiers for the casino ( they were not really nice, I felt some racism).

Great location ! Lots of walkable places to go. Quite nice and quiet. Free parking.

I didn’t get the room I booked. I was given another room which was not even ready for check in. Had to wait an hour to check in. Next day the keys were not working, had to go to the front desk to recalibrate the keys. No compensation for all the blunder they did. Overall, terrible experience and I am not going to this place again.

The first floor, including lobby and elevators is a casino where people gamble drink and smoke. Room cleaners was good but again with the smell of the cigarettes (and holes from them in the shades) Beds are comfortable

I wish I could walk barefoot in the room. I put shoes on because my feet were sticking to the floor. There wasn’t anything on the carpet except old and worn.
