If you love the smell of weed and stale smoke, this is the hotel for you. The area around it is sketchy and one doesn't feel safe. The rooms are old, moldy, and dirty. This will definitely not be a hotel we will visit ever again.

Great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Good coffee in the morning.

Strong unpleasant odor in hallsand room. Carpet in room felt wet. Ac unit was hard to contol room temp. Will not stay again.

I travel a lot. This hotel was the worst i have stayed at. Bathroom had mold around the bath tub. Light fixtures in the bathroom were extremely dirty. Bed spread had stains. Tv cable was torn fron the connector. Hallway carpet had spots torn out Ceiling tiles had water stains. I have photos for all issues I am asking for a full refund!!

Stay was great friendly staff

There was a significant amount of mold in the AC unit. You could smell the mold immediately as the door was opened. There were stains on the wall. The carpet was separated from the wall & some sort of debris in the corners of the room. The microwave was absolutely filthy. There was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The toilet was dirty. To top all this off, we ended up with bed bugs in our luggage & are fighting them at home now. Expedia rates this hotel as 2 star accommodations. In my opinion , it would be extremely generous to give it any stars at all. I am going to find a contact for the Health Department in Marion or the State of Illinois and report this hell hole of a motel!! I will never stay here again nor any other Quality Inn!!

Outdated, smelly and not well maintained.

The hotel may be “newly renovated” but it smells absolutely terrible. We stopped off for the night JUST to sleep-part of me didnt even want to sleep here for the night. The TV power cord was gone, coffee maker didn’t work. Not good at all.

These are not nice hotel rooms. We opened the door and immediately smelled mold and the comforters had stains on them. We immediately walked back out and left and found a place down the road. Now the hotel refuses to reimburse us ….absolutely would not go there ever again.

In town for one night for the college baseball tournament, great location and great stay. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel room was filthy, there were old towels still hung on the back of the door.

The property markets as itself as “newly renovated” although it is not. The rooms are old and outdated. Not dirty but not completely clean either. During my stay, the hotel ran out of fresh towels. I waited for almost 12 hours before seeing if more were available and still none. I had to go buy my own from Walmart! My TV didn’t work in my room at all and my toilet was also clogged for the later half of my stay. I personally would not recommend this hotel.

I’m giving this hotel a terrible rating for one reason: I didn’t get the product I paid for and the staff didn’t really want to be bothered about it. My reservation said the room sleeps 5 people, one room with 2 queen beds. I got 2 double beds and no couch bed for the 5th person. When we called the front desk, they offered plenty of excuses, but no apologies. They brought us a portable bed, with no bedding!, but only because we called and asked. When we went down to the lobby to ask for bedding, the lady was sitting in the far back corner and didn’t bother to get up and come talk to us - she just yelled between us and someone in the back. At this point, I was pretty frustrated. I decided to talk to the hotel manager in the morning. When I saw that she parked her car in the lobby entrance drive, making it difficult for people to use the lobby loading area… I knew that it would be pointless to talk to her. The car was still there hours later. The maintenance guy and the breakfast lady, however, were very polite and friendly.

We didn’t give us the extra sheets and blankets for sofa bed. They keep telling us that they were going to send them. The third time we called they were very rude. We understand they were busy but we book two bed room and they didn’t deliver.

No hot water in shower. There was a large window opening between the toilet and master bedroom. Ridiculous

Our room was mostly clean. The bathroom looked like it had been used without cleaning, bar soap open in the tub, towel hung on the back of the door, and empty TP roll. The tub was slick when showering and it domed in the middle, so it was difficult to keep my footing. The ice machine was not working. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Despite the sign saying “newly renovated”, I think they skipped my room which was smelly and had dirty, very worn and outdated carpet. The person who checked me in was okay, the drunk woman smelling of weed who was hanging out at the check in desk was irritating. Not worth the price I paid, won’t stay here again.

Staff very helpful and always able to meet my needs

This is an old property that has been remodeled, but it is clear that care and attention has been given to this property. This was a great find and value on I-57 and we’d stay there again.

Great restaurant. Spacious. Elegant. Reminded me of Las Vegas opulence. Great pool.

The property was well maintained, great convenience. What I didn't like was I did not get the room I booked. I booked and paid for a Double Queen bed suite and I got a Double full bed room and I was not reimbursed the cost difference and no accomodations was made to even try and resolve the issue. Quite disappointing!

Very nice staff at check in. Expedia had me in a smoking room even though I chose nonsmoking and she changed it right away. Room was clean. Price was affordable and bfast in the morning was nice.

We had a good time and everyone at hotel was great but the room was weird. It had a an open window to the bathroom. I won’t go into how inconvenient that made it. Breakfast was good and the visit was truly memorable.
