Great property right in the center of downtown. Free breakfast was fantastic! They were very accomodating with extra towels and pillows. The only downfall is the parking but they are up-front about it being a little way away from the hotel. It is a very nice parking garage. While in Strasbourg it is best not to drive around anyway. Just park your car and leave it there until leaving the city.

This is a very nice hotel located directly across from the train station. Check in was easy, room was ready at 1pm & the room was very nice, clean with a view of the station. Breakfast was very good, I would book again.

The people at the front desk very helpful and friendly. The rooms very nice and clean. It’s fantastic that they have storage for luggage. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the breakfast was delicious. They had the perfect area where to store your luggage after you checked out but still wanted to explore a little more. They were good at having small things available - apples and cold water!! Arrival is a little difficult if you come by car because the front of the hotel is very busy and you don't know where to park. It would be nice if they sent the parking location in a message a couple of days before arrival.

We got one of the newly renovated rooms, but not all were converted(Aug-2024). The room was clean, fresh and quiet. Hotel was walking distance from the city center.

There was a mix up with our reservation and it was late night when we arrived. Front desk helped get us into a “sister” hotel not far away at the same rate. Very grateful for their assistance working this out. Sister hotel was fantastic

Location was perfect. Train station was directly across the square but hotel was so quiet. Front desk was very accommodating, especially Gabriella!!! Wonderful location with all the restaurants and shopping you could desire nearby.
It also offered a secure room to store your luggage prior to check-in as well during checkout if you wished to do more sightseeing. A BIG plus for us !!!!

This property is under construction and they gave us a room right next to a room that was under construction. There was nonstop drilling and hammering in the morning. We asked to move our room, but they kept on saying it was sold out. We requested for the manager and finally moved us to a lower level room. We paid more for the premium room; however, did not get the same room. They gave us $17 for “credit” which was not equivalent amount for the difference. This stay was not satisfactory at all

Everything is close. There are several pretty good steak restaurants in the surrounding area. The central station is across the park. The Hotel is quite good if it weren't for the cleaning staff who spend their time harassing guests from 7 a.m. to clean the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and even on the day of our departure, he entered the 2 reserved rooms several times to clean them without knowing about our departure. It was pure nosense, but the rest of the staff is collaborative.

The hotel is right across the street from the main train station as well as very walkable to the city center. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I personally liked the baggage storage with units you could use your own codes. The breakfast was included in our booking, and had everything you needed to start your day. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.

It was a great location close to the train station. The rooms were nice, although it was really hard to adjust the temperature well. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room though.

2-minute walk from the train station, but still a quiet room with adequate beds and a good shower. Very friendly staff all around with a helpful baggage locker area to store your stuff while you walk around town. Best breakfast buffet I've had in a while!

This hotel was very good value. It was substantially less than other hotels we stayed in while in Europe, and while the room was smaller, the shower not as good, the breakfast just ok, it was a very good deal and comfortable. The front desk young woman was very nice.
