The staff was very friendly when we checked in. We ended up using the exercise room, my husband used the Peloton Bike and I used the treadmill. Both pieces of equipment were in excellent shape. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was grab and go, very simple. The room had a good fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee. If we need to stay in the Reno/Sparks area again we will definitely stay here.

Room decent. Should have been told at check about the kitchen under construction. Frozen burritos and frozen jimmy dean bk sandwich couldn’t be had due to the microwave being broken. I chose this restaurant over others because it was advertised as brkfast avail. We left with zero food. Should have been refunded part of room rate of over $200.00.

When I arrived for check in I was literally by the shuttle driver and two children. Reception staff were doing who knows what. The young girl was answering the phone and putting people on hold. Shuttle driver was wondering around unable to locate reception staff. It was a very unprofessional situation for the hotel

Our AC was so dirty that u can smell the stale smell. Bfast food tasted old. Bed was comfy and the maintence men did help with the AC smell. I asked for clean towels before leaving our room and didn't get any. Got back late and he asked me to come down to get the towels. No thx. I was tired. Very noisy in the halls with guest. Some older gentleman was yelling for his mom to open the door.

Very good staff and nice facilities, especially the pool and hot tub. The wedding reception music was so loud we could hear it on the 7th floor and one family left their dog in the room during the reception and dog barked for 4-5 hours but staff could not locate the owners.

A very friendly and courteous staff member greeted me and checked me in. It was a relief after a nine hour drive! The hotel is clean and does not have the steel odor that some older hotels have. The double queen room was very spacious and mattresses were comfortable. I appreciated the walk-in shower feature in the updated bathroom.

very unwelcoming , I was very upset , we get to our room and find someone had urinated in toilet, I called the front desk to have a supervisor or manager come up to the room to see for them selfs. I was told there was no one on duty, and also no one on duty to clean toilet. horrible service. I asked to be changed to a clean room and I was told , sorry every room was sold out. I will never stay in this hotel again.

This place is definitely clean, but it was difficult to get anyone to come and take trash from the room and they didn’t have any clean towels for a day and a half because the hotel was so busy which was kind of unacceptable. We stayed in a suite and strangely the fridge is half the size of a regular room and not cold so unusable. The area around it is super sketch but enough food and stores around it within a mile or 2.

Good location outside of Reno, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a nice park (Sparks Marina Park). Newly remodeled. Good gym, nice pool with some shade. Good breakfast and complimentary fruit, cereal bars & coffee all day.

We booked this hotel specifically for pool access since the temperature was so high. When we arrived, we were told the pool was closed due to maintenance, but we still paid full price.

The room feels spacious. An open layout that feels comfortable. As usual, everyone here is friendly and helpful. A good place to stay for at least a couple of days

We picked this hotel over another one because the photos of the pool looked nice HOWEVER the photos are deceiving - the pool is in the middle of a parking lot. The area is pretty industrial. I’d you’re looking for a nice pool this is not the hotel for you. Hotel was nice, shower was great, breakfast included was good, gym was nice.
