When checking in at night I asked if I could stay an extra hour or two because my business plans got delayed a couple hours. I didn’t want to wear my suit and my car and sit there for more than four hours so I asked if I could stay in the room and have a check out. The late night clerk said that was fine and wrote down a message. In the morning, I get a call from furious gentleman at the front desk telling me he’s going to charge me another night. Stay staying over for two hours. He also yelled at me and told me I need to leave within the next hour or he’s charging me anyway. Furious, I went to the front desk and very calmly asked why couldn’t they honor what I had requested for the reservation. He then yelled at me and told me to leave.

The noise of the nightclub/lounge, located at the same location, does not allow for a good night's sleep.

Room smelt like STRONG paint thinner smell upon arrival. The floor had toe nail clippings from a previous guest. It was quite though!

It was cheap, in every way. While I was grateful for an $80 king bed, I was not grateful for the drunk fellows wandering in the parking lot or my nonsmoking room that reeked of marijuana. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was minimal (gravy, waffles, toast, mandarins).

First, this motel has outside doors. That's on me for not looking at pictures before booking. Second, and most importantly, the room was absolutely horrible. The moldy smell hit like a ton of bricks the second I opened the door. Everything, including the bedding, was damp. The toilet and sink drained very slowly. The mattress was...lumpy, for lack of a better word. Everything about the room was outdated. If it was not for the fact it was late when we arrived and too tired to go any further, we would have gotten a refund and gone elsewhere. After getting a few hours of sleep, we got up and out as fast as possible. We smelled just like the moldy room all the next day until we checked into the next hotel on our trip and showered.

In the guest room there was a broken table, only one wash cloth in the bathroom and the tv would not work in the evening, no signal message. In the morning the tv came on to one channel, TV Land, and would not change to any other channel. Very low quality Quality Inn.
Our experience at breakfast was now milk for the fruit loop cereal. The man at the desk got a pitcher of milk but the Fruit Loops dispenser would not dispense any Fruit Loop cereal. We tried to make a waffle but during our 20 minute or so stay in the breakfast area the waffle maker never heated up enough to cook the waffle mixture. Only link sausage and gravy in the hot serve container, the coffee was marginal. Overall a terrible quality experience in the Quality Inn breakfast area.

The inside of the hotel room's main door looked like it had Coca-Cola residue all over it, and the drawer handles looked rusty. The room smelled odd, but I had some spray to cover it.
But, the water pressure for the shower was fantastic. And the person who checked me in was super nice and kind.

The tub in the bathroom was clogged, there was a cockroach we killed crawling on the floor and there were men out in the parking lot, right outside our door with their car radios blaring and boxes of beer on the back of their cars yelling and making us feel unsafe. The maintenance man was very helpful though, and showed us personally where to park our truck and U-Haul.

We were only there for 6 hours to sleep and get out

I have stayed here for business twice. No frills but very comfortable and quiet if you have to sleep in the day like myself. They are always very nice and helpful.

Nice, king-sized bed. Which felt better to me then my own.
The only thing that bothered us, just a little bit, was housekeeping trying to get the rooms clean for the next morning. They kept knocking on the door to see if we had left yet starting it 8:45 in the morning. Don't give me wrong, we were already awake, but we were there to rest and just be together. Check out at 11:00. We are always out by 10:30 or 10:45 it's very latest so we didn't understand this. But I'm sure they were just trying to get done so they could get out of there too.

We were very disappointed in the “full hot breakfast” that was included. Instead of scrambled eggs there were cold hard boiled eggs and the milk was sour. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Visit was satisfactory. Staff was pleasant. Hot breakfast quality was not what it used to. Parking was an issue at my room #100. There is room between two columns for two spaces. Only one wide space was marked and a car was first parked in the middle and l had no place to park. When l parked later l left space for another car. l have enclosed a photo.

The gentleman working the front desk was very kind at check in but everything went downhill from there, however the hotel and the parking lot were disgusting, as well as the outside parking lot partying that went in till 4am when I had to call the front desk three times before they were removed. 6 Mexicans and two girls drinking out side dancing to loud music outside the rooms.
We also documented that our room was not cleaned as we found a used gatorade bottle in between the nightstand and pillows along with cigarettes and a lighter.
I have videos and pictures but no one at the desk wanted to listen to my concerns
Wouldn’t return if my life depended on it.

Room was very dirty. Used disgusting toothpaste was not cleaned off counter by sink. Bathroom had not been cleaned. My wife had to clean the commode before she could use it. Floor and tub was dirty. Coffeemaker was full of dirty grounds and couldn’t be used. Very disappointed. Will not use a Quality Inn ever again. Nor will other family members.
I don’t think anyone is checking behind whoever is supposed to be cleaning the room. Both worker and Management complete failures. Again, very disappointed.

Clean and neat was the room. Quality Inn in Bowling Green is an old style outdoor entryways hotel, but it served its purpose for one night stay. The morning breakfast selection could be improved especially the scrambled eggs yuck as well as the bagels were bit size.You get what you pay for!

Check in was fine. Location was a little odd but not inconvenient. Hotel room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom also smelled of urine. Found multiple hairs in our washcloths. Sink was clogged and took a very long time to drain.

Tim at front desk was kind. Room was filthy to me. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold, hair dead bugs in tub and floor. Walls were nasty. Look like something was opened and sprayed on the walls and never cleaned off. Old Mattresses stacked in pool area. Dawned on me probably due to bed bugs. I had booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. Didn’t sleep well due to being concerned about bugs. Place needs to be cleaned and updated.

It was okay. We spent 2 nights. Breakfast nothing great. But I’ve had worse at nicer hotels. We just had confusion at check in because we booked 3 rooms and had to split when we got there. Beds were comfy.

There was feces on the blanket. There was also shaving cream all over the curtains that had hair in it. And half empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner and the towels we’re really dirty.

My wife and I stayed there and it was not good. The smell of mildew hit us as soon as we walked in the room. There was cracks in the ceiling that were discolored. Stains all over the walls. Used soap in the shower with body hairs on them. The room was just not okay. There were no other hotels in the area with any availability, so we were kind of stuck.

The room smelled terrible, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet or the bathtub leaked and has been for a while because the floors were messed up by it. The air conditioning worked though so that was the best part about it I guess. The beds were made but in checking for bedbugs I found that the mattress was dirty and the sheets were stained. I will not be back again.
